  Hello, The Sycamore at Tyvola is a very nice community. However, I was a corporate lessee and it fell through due to their Hud agreement ; I paid $400 and the place fell through due to Hud issue so okay it was back to drawing board for me but I’ve been waiting literally a full 30 days to receive the $325, at this point I have reported the business to the BBB & the NC Attorney General’s office. I have been given the run around by Curtis, Ty, & SoSo nobody answers emails or returns my calls them when you call corporate no one is ever there! I can’t believe this very large property management company CRC has stolen my money because they will not give it back at All!

  I’ve been living here since November 2024, and while things were a little rough in the beginning, let me tell you—everything has taken a major turn for the better since the new management team stepped in. Beyond the spacious apartments and the amenities I use weekly, one of the best parts of living at Sycamore is the staff. The Community Manager, Curtis, keeps us informed about any updates or changes around the property. The leasing agents, Sosa and Ty, make sure every concern is addressed promptly. Even the maintenance team stays on top of repairs and keeps you updated every step of the way. As a huge nature lover, I have to say the landscaping and greenery here are truly beautiful—one of my favorite things about the community. The residents are incredibly friendly, and we genuinely look out for one another. Between the neighbors and the staff, you really feel taken care of here. Nothing goes unnoticed. Overall, Sycamore has become a place I’m proud to call home.

  Moving here has been one of the easiest decisions I’ve made. The whole process was smooth from start to finish, way less stressful than I expected. I actually picked my apartment without seeing it in person, which had me a little nervous at first, but it ended up being a great call. The place looks even better than I imagined, everything was ready to go, and it just feels like home already. Big respect to the staff, especially Sosa. They really took care of everything and made sure I was straight the whole time. Super helpful, quick to respond, and the entire staff team actually care about doing their job right. Overall, I’m really glad I chose this place. Everything’s been solid so far, and honestly, I couldn’t see myself living anywhere else.

  Sycamore at Tyvola is probably the best community is Charlotte! Curtis (Manager) and team do a fantastic job of keeping the community safe, clean and joyful! Regular community events, clean and safe living and great customer service at leasing office. We have been living here for about a year now and plan to renew our lease soon. Great job Team Curtis! Keep up the good work!
