Second-to-last day of class, and fire alarms have been blaring on and off for an hour and a half. All we were told is "do not know if this will continue throughout the day". Valet services also do not take trash on Fridays or Saturdays now, I guess. Thanks again Rush

I live here right now, the staff is rude, there are roaches. They did a spray but theyre still here. The washing machines are gross. They don't pick up trash regularly. The apartments aren't nice enough for the price, they charge as much as they do simply because of how close it is to campus. They've towed my car and my friends car even though we pay for parking. And it is definitely not resort style lol. That's a lie.

I live here currently and the staff are super kind and helpful. Maintenance requests have been answered in a timely manner and I feel very safe when I’m leaving and entering the building. There is security at all times and I genuinely enjoy living here!

My experience with the management here was not a matter of personality differences — it involved documented actions that materially affected my housing stability and living situation. These actions included, but were not limited to: Passive aggressive behavior, dismissive responses, ignored emails, and personal remarks made during professional conversations. This combination of hostile communication and intentional unresponsiveness resulted in a living situation that was both demeaning and unsafe.
It started when I contacted the leasing office about renewal. The acting leasing manager was Sydney Ciaschi, who remains with the company. Her responses became progressively more aggressive and impatient, eventually escalating into full-blown insults. After she asked if I wanted to renew my lease in a way that clearly shut down any further questions, I remained professional, responding in the affirmative. My lease was then re-leased to another tenant while the conversation was still active.
The result of this was a roommate situation that became so volatile it required formal remediation. The remediation - also handled by her - not only failed to produce lasting improvement but involved further personal attacks that amplified the situation's instability.
I’m sharing this because prospective tenants deserve a full picture of how this property has been managed, not just a snapshot from the most recent review cycle.
