  I’m giving Randolph Park Apartments 5 stars! The apartments are not only affordable and SPACIOUS But also the community is very safe! The property managers are both very sweet and genuine! Brittney really cares about each and everyone of her residents along with her assistant they both are always so respectful and kind! I’ve been in other apartments where maintenance did nothing but mark off work orders but Randolph maintenance is VERY active and respectful! Randolph park apartments is a wonderful place to stay! I encourage each resident to do our part as well as we require the company to do their part it’s all about the community and everyone working together to keep it safe and a clean environment ! Randolph you are doing an amazing job!!!!

  Cheryl was very unprofessional, colorist and downright disgusting. She should be fired immediately. We were treated like scum of the earth upon arrival. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!

  We rented here sight unseen pretty much due to relocation from another state. Location _ 5 stars. You're near uptown, South Park, Matthews pretty much all the areas you'll need for work or play. Amenities- 3 stars. My reasons: one of the pools was closed for our entire stay with only one pool open. Pool could be maintained better, but all things considered it was appropriate enough. Laundry room: always dirty floors and dirty washing machines, dead bugs on the floor, trash overflowing. Lately there was a water leak right by the entrance from the AC unit and was not repaired for at least a week. They have a doggy park which is great to let your pets out, but it's not frequently cleaned or maintained. Trash dumpsters are simply disgusting. Sometimes there is broken glass, sometimes tenants throw trash outside of the recepticals it becomes gross. They do offer recycling, but those containers get stuff thrown in them that does not belong there. There were several shopping carts parked by the dumpsters the entire year we lived there. On a plus side, apartments are very roomy, but kitchens are tiny. It's a galley kitchen with ZERO counter space. Also depending on the unit you may or may not get adequate sunlight. Our living room / dining area had zero natural light. It was like a dungeon. For the money it's a solid place to live, if you can get past the issues above. I should mention that some of the residents are smoking weed at all hrs of the day and night. The office personnel are the best, they genuinely nice people and were very pleasant to work with. Maintenance is very responsive as well anytime we had an issue there were right there.
