  Maintenance staff are always very friendly and quick to get onto work orders once placed. Office staff are always delightful, Patrekia and Amy are always very quick to help solve problems (including when I left our keys in a storage closet door).

  MR. Allen Walter really saved me from dying. He fixed the central air and my water which was only running hot in no time he was done. Thank you Mr. Allen for literally saving me from the 80 degrees inside my apartment. God bless you. Lohm

  Patrekia, Amy, and Jay are the best. Patrekia helped me with my application and that process was seamless. Amy got all of my move in documents squared away and Jay helped me on my move in date. I don’t have enough words to express how great this team is and how appreciative I am for their help and kindness.

  Originally got a quote from Amy, the property manager about a one bedroom apartment. I was good with the price and notified her of my intention to view the apartment last Friday. Saw the apartment, liked it but unfortunately she said she was having issues giving me a second written quote. Was told I’d have it soon. I’ve been waiting almost a week and still nothing so the following Wednesday I spoke with Jay and got a quote emailed to me. It was slightly higher but not much. I told him I wanted to view it one last time, which is this morning, Thursday. Mind you, I drove and hour and a half, one way to get here and Jay is not on site even though we were scheduled to tour together so Amy spoke with me again and she then quoted me a figure verbally that was hundreds of dollars a month more. Complete waste of time. Dishonest about pricing is all I can say. It seems this is what all apartment complexes are like now. Do your homework people and don’t let them take advantage of you.
