  I had a disappointing experience touring One West End Townhomes. My tour was scheduled for 1:00 PM, and while I was ringing the doorbell at the model unit, I called to confirm I was in the right place. I was met with a dismissive “Well, where are you?” When I was let in, the leasing agent never introduced herself and simply told me to help myself, take photos, and shut the door behind me. There was no effort to make the tour feel welcoming or informative. Her demeanor came across as condescending, and there even seemed to be an issue with me taking snacks that were clearly set out for prospective residents. Overall, I left feeling unwelcome and undervalued. I expected a more professional experience. I wish I could share her name, but she never provided it.

  We just moved in and loved every minute of it. The welcome bag with the sunglasses are everything. Both property managers were excellent. The community is beautiful! Thank you.

  Would not recommend as there have been multiple incidents of dangerous crime on and around the property including recent gun shots with bullet casings left for residents to find right outside our front doors. There was little to no communication to tenants from management.
