  They are terrible. Don't do it. They give you an offer then want a ton on money in repairs to go in paint and resell it for $77 lower then what they bought it just so you dont get that second check they make you believe you are getting. Realtors don't work for you they work for the investors that buy the houses. Watch the house you buy from them they just paint and put new flooring in they don't full repairs. You will have issues in time. Disgusting how they do business.

  Mark Spain represented the seller in a home I recently purchased. Unfortunately, the key handoff process was handled improperly and did not meet a professional standard. Additionally, the firm’s online reputation appears to be inconsistent. While the overall Google rating is listed as 4.6, the volume of one-star reviews suggests a different level of customer experience than that rating reflects. I anticipate a response addressing these concerns, and I hope it provides clarity and accountability regarding the issues raised. Queue the blanket response to follow this review.

  They did a great job. Christopher Hendrickson did a great job selling my house. I woold recommend them to anybody.

  Save your time list with a real agent that cares this place sucks!!! You will be low balled 45 to 50% less than its worth
