    I’ve really enjoyed living at Hollis 7601. It’s a great community—clean, quiet, and well-maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere that makes it feel like home. One of the best parts of my experience has been working with Demetrius. He was extremely helpful throughout the entire move-in process, making everything smooth and stress-free. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. What really stood out is that his support didn’t stop after I moved in—he’s continued to be responsive and helpful whenever I’ve needed anything. That level of service really makes a difference. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to live with a team that genuinely cares.

    This property sucks at communication! My car has been towed twice and cost $325! I’ve been parking where I park for a year and all of a sudden it’s no longer a valid parking spot?? Email sent out late yesterday saying final warning. First, there was no other emails regarding this. Second, you send an email late in the day and expect everyone to read it at 10 at night?? There was no grace period or other emails regarding this. I will not renew a lease with people who don’t know how to run this place.

    My time at Hollis 7601 has become a nightmare for me as a resident. For the first three months, my flat was quiet, but that all changed when a stranger kept trying to kick down my door. It occurred twice. I alerted the property manager and the police both times, and they both advised me to purchase a doorbell camera, which I did. The camera caught someone stalking my door before they looked and scared them away. However, this didn't stop him for long since he returned wearing the same clothes and kicked my door once more. We contacted the police right away while he drove away, and when they arrived, they saw him driving back.He claimed to be a resident when they questioned him, which surprised me. Despite his use of force and dilated pupils, they did not attempt to verify his residency or administer a drug test before allowing him to leave. His truck was towed after it was later found out that he was a visitor rather than a resident. Demetrius, the property manager, did little to allay my worries since I was afraid this man would take revenge. He's forcing me to remain in the same apartment I'm afraid for my life in, instead of just finding me an emergency one to stay in until the other one is ready. I think his inappropriate attempts at fraternization, which I politely rejected, are the reason he has been rude and uncaring. I asked for my deposit back, which I am entitled to under the Housing Act, but he refused when I asked for his manager since he said the flats wouldn't be ready until next week. Because of this, I worry for my life every day.
