  NEW MANAGEMENT COMPANY is definitely a breath of fresh air. Got to speak with the property manager today and he was very helpful and friendly! Go check this property out if you want to be in the city

  Had a wonderful time at the Petals & Pour party! 🌸🍷 The energy was great and the environment was amazing. I had such an awesome time—everything was beautifully put together and such a fun experience. Thank you, Asia! ✨

  I recently toured Flatiron West Trade and was really impressed by the modern design, thoughtful amenities, and vibrant location in the heart of Charlotte. The staff was welcoming and informative, and the overall atmosphere felt upscale yet comfortable—definitely a place I’d consider calling home.

  I’ve had such a great experience living here! Rico and Asia are both absolutely fantastic, professional, responsive, and genuinely care about us residents Residence. The community itself is amazing, with a very convenient location and Easy access to nearby shops and dining. For the space and price, it truly feels like a steal. I highly recommend living here!

  You have to pay a fee to pay your rent here since new management took over. Enjoy the legal action that is coming for you. These apartments are not the money. Just had a shooting a week ago. Locks on the doors didn’t work for months and people who didn’t live here would sleep in the hallways. Packages stolen constantly. And after all that , you have to pay over $50 to pay your rent. Do not move here.
