  I’m a current resident and clearly I can see by all of the previous reviews, not every tenant has the same experience. That’s unfortunate! I’ve been here since April of 2025, when I moved in, the (previous) management was wonderful. Fast forward to present day, we have new management and my experience hasn’t changed, still wonderful. No where I’ve lived has been perfect, and in this time in the economy no one wants to feel like they’re wasting $$. I’ve gotten help when I asked for it, I do feel at times management (Josh) has gone above and beyond for me! That makes me feel valued as a tenant. I’d say come and the things out for yourself after reading the reviews!

  Me and my husband lived in this apartment complex for a little over a year. It is important to note that there was a management change during this time. However, the unit we lived in constantly had issues. The first being lack of water pressure, then the hot water heater completely broke, the dryer broke, and then finally the microwave was fried during a power outage. We also would go long periods of time without lawn care in our backyard(over a month at times). The quality of these units is unfortunately just not there for what they were/are charging. They look nice from the outside and thats about all they have going for them. The amenities are quite small. As a note about the management during our move out process(during the switch) someone somehow forgot to put us on notice though we had provided one. Luckily I inquired and was able to have it resolved, before it became and issue. I am unsure why but they tried to encourage us to stay though we had already given notice. We were constantly told the gates to the complex would be turned on and used and until the time we moved out they had never once been used. Also there is a towing company that uses a road behind the complex and the customers for that business commonly speed through the complex. Right before we moved out after the management switch we noticed the overall behavior of other residents decline. We had a ring door camera and witness some sort of dispute between either residents or friends that did not seem friendly. Overall, I would probably stick away from this complex all together. As a last and final note, please read the reviews closely and look at who is posting them. Some of the reviews for the complex are fake, and written by people who only review properties owned by the same management company.

  Great place to live, quiet little community and I love the pool area, very well kept. Love the feeling of having your own separate place to live with a backyard, yet having management and leasing support if anything goes wrong. You get the best of both worlds.

  It is a very nice place to live. The staff is very friendly. And I love the place It very quiet and relaxing
