- ABAlexandra BustilloSep 7, 20251.0my building was 4705I lived here almost a year and I won’t recommend these apartments you’re better off renting a house they are scammers they say the apartments are for less than 1100 but once you’re 3 months in they charge you 1400-1500 max without gas and electricity included also they make you pay a $50 application fee plus the 2000 deposit for moving in and they also need to work on the speed limits for cars they fly down these apartment streets like its the freeway and they are so many children around here. do better Wellington Farms.

- GRGeorge RodriguezDec 2, 20231.0Ive lived here for over a year so i feel i can give the most honest opinion of the apartment. NONE OF THE AMENITIES WORK. The gym door doesnt open, the washers and dryers dont work, the pool wasnt opened last year because its leaking through the ground and they havent fixed it, and the security gates do not work. This company STILL increased rent at renewal even though none of the amenities work due to the roof being replaced this summer. MY CAR WAS STOLEN IN FRONT OF MY APARTMENT WITH SECURTIY PARKED IN FRONT OF THE OFFICE. The apartment did nothing for me. There are stray cats and dogs and terrible residents who dont clean up after their dogs. The trash overflows constantly. If you have kids PLEASE understand that theres no safety. They hire patrol people that will just sit in a car and are gone by dark. Only positives are the maintenance man that work here. I swear those are the hardest working people on this property and I’ve never once had a complaint about them. SO UNLESS YOU HAVE NOWHERE ELSE TO GO, dont move here. Find a roommate and get a house for the price. If i could afford to leave, i would have. With the amount of money this property company makes from accumulated rent you would think it would be in better condition.

Never In my life have I heard of bed begs or seen one. I have them now and they want to say that I had them. This is my first place coming from my parents has and it has been the worstexperience ever. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE.
