- DRDestiny RobinsonFeb 6, 20264.0Living here for three years and I must say I seen many changes. I want to give a big thanks to the maintenance guys Mitch , Saquen , and Lester . When I create a maintenance ticket they come with no questions ask to service my issue. I appreciate their hard work and dedication to make these apartment complex suitable for the community. Customer service for the maintenance guys I give them 5 stars. I do have an issue with management with lack of communication but I am going to save that review until my issue is resolved. Hopefully my issue is resolved by next week respectfully or that review will not be as pleasant.

The maintenance supervisor Mitch is very accommodating and knowledgeable about his job. He gets the maintenance request done in a timely manner. He is by far the best at what he does. He’s always cleaning the property and making sure is team is doing the same.

I asked a simple, legitimate question about the rent requirements before applying, and the property manager refused to give a clear answer. Instead, they push you to pay the $75 application fee without providing basic information first. This feels deceptive and like a money grab. Poor communication and lack of transparency. Would not recommend dealing with this office.
