  I’ve been here for a few months and I’m so thankful for the experience so far. I was able to move within 2 weeks from applying, from a different state, and did almost everything but final paperwork online. Thank you Maleek for helping with that process! He was great throughout the process, and the rest of the staff have been amazing since moving here!

  I was seeking to be a resident at this place but not anymore ! I scheduled a tour for today. I viewed apt 818 , it was dirty but marked as ready on the website.. people leave there trash out of the doors (which cause rodents) and the walk way to the apartments are filthy. viewing the apartment, I discovered roach shells and poop in the cabinets and creases of the counters in the kitchen mind you- I asked the gentleman Malik ( who toured the apartment w me, works at the rent office ) what was it and he said and I quote “probably damage from the previous tenant” like no sir ! DO NOT live here !! they need to tear these down. and good luck with reaching the went office, they schedule to call you back. DO BETTER !

  Honestly the worst place I've lived at. Called the leasing office twice about the HVAC to be fixed during office hours. It's been 2 days it's still hasn't been fixed, it's hotter inside than it is outside. This is absolutely ridiculous. Plus, there's roaches on the porch. Absolutely unacceptable.

  Review for Thornberry Apartments on Mallard Creek Rd (Apartment 302) If I could give zero stars, I would. The customer service here is absolutely terrible. They rushed me into moving into an apartment within a day, even though it was nowhere near ready. The previous tenant lived there for 6 years and had a dog, and the carpet reeked of a horrible smell. I was told the smell would “go away once I moved in,” which of course it didn’t. The bathroom was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned at all. On top of that, once I moved in, I discovered a roach problem. When I reported it, management acted like I was lying. They did two different treatments, but neither worked — the roaches started getting into my belongings. For one of the treatments, I was told to open all my boxes, which only made the situation worse. The property manager’s attitude is disgusting — very nonchalant, rude, and like he doesn’t care. Instead of trying to fix the situation, his solution was either to give me my money back or make me wait 2–3 more weeks while they pulled up the carpet and brought in cleaners. This apartment was not move-in ready, period. If you plan to live here, be prepared to deep clean everything yourself and possibly deal with roaches. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
