  I cannot believe this complex thinks it’s okay to have that woman be the property manager! If you all did a survey for all the residents, I’ll bet your bottom that the majority wants her out! Thank god for the guy that’s in there because being now that Seth’s gone, it seems like this place is going down hill! Break-ins! People are smoking weed in the open! Gate is broken! Maintenance now takes days to respond to issues. I’m literally absolutely sick with knowing I’m paying the amount I do, yet my safety is not valued! Your new property manager was overly rude as an assistant! How dare you all make her a manager! I’ve only come in to ask questions about maintenance and about paying my rent! Until they figure out better staffing options, I will not be recommending anyone else to this property, and I will be leaving as soon as my lease is up! Your higher ups need to do a private poll and survey. I know if she does the actions she did with me she has had to have done it to others! I’m not perfect, but I respect others and I greatly expect the same in return. Snappy attitude! Nonchalant! Rude tone! If she stays, she’s taking the entire complex down with her performance! Mark my words! This place will be the worst place to rent on this strip with her! Disgusted! And, NO! I do not want anyone to pretend to fix my problem! As long as she’s there, there will always be a problem! Thornberry, higher ups, we are your residents! We pay for adequate, sensible living, without need to worry ourselves with AVOIDABLE risks and issues. Please, DO BETTER!!!

  I’ve been here for a few months and I’m so thankful for the experience so far. I was able to move within 2 weeks from applying, from a different state, and did almost everything but final paperwork online. Thank you Maleek for helping with that process! He was great throughout the process, and the rest of the staff have been amazing since moving here!

  I was seeking to be a resident at this place but not anymore ! I scheduled a tour for today. I viewed apt 818 , it was dirty but marked as ready on the website.. people leave there trash out of the doors (which cause rodents) and the walk way to the apartments are filthy. viewing the apartment, I discovered roach shells and poop in the cabinets and creases of the counters in the kitchen mind you- I asked the gentleman Malik ( who toured the apartment w me, works at the rent office ) what was it and he said and I quote “probably damage from the previous tenant” like no sir ! DO NOT live here !! they need to tear these down. and good luck with reaching the went office, they schedule to call you back. DO BETTER !

  Honestly the worst place I've lived at. Called the leasing office twice about the HVAC to be fixed during office hours. It's been 2 days it's still hasn't been fixed, it's hotter inside than it is outside. This is absolutely ridiculous. Plus, there's roaches on the porch. Absolutely unacceptable.
