Uncovering the side walks with debris. Not protected more with closed gates but really the gates has been opened more than closed. We really pissed about that suffered hundreds of dollars for a stolen grill vandalized off of our Car. We fill cuz that damn Gate opened all Night. & now the Pot Hole finally got fixed but why. The careless jester it was the hole is Opened again to do Car damage. But not pay the rent & I bet that will be the quickest action taken. Quicker action than any of these problems will ever get. & We Love the surrounding areas everything is right at U in an arms length mostly. Appts never far away not any of them. But by whoever in charge of the rent rate caring more for money than people. This is our last yr here with the rent being high & Going Up Every yr!!!! Going up every yr U lost it for greed. Not every couple yrs. This area we use to will be missed. Hopefully it's less greed near here to live got to do better for the residents out here for sure. 2 rating is for the jacking up of the rent every Yr 😢😡. It keeps us from being happy in these Apts now

Maintenance guys are quick and always get back with me. If you want to make sure you have a great place to live where you will also have excellent customer service, then this is the place. It's close to everything.
