  Hands down best complex in Charlotte. ALWAYS super clean, location in Dilworth is perfect, maintenance issues quickly resolved, amenities are excellent (gym has everything!), and the office staff could not be more friendly. So lucky I found this place when I moved here.

  I have nothing but great things to say about living at The Lexington Dilworth. The staff in the leasing office are incredible helpful, flexible, and patient. I moved here without visiting prior and they made the process incredibly smooth. Guest parking is also a plus :) Would recommend to anyone.

  I have lived here for roughly a year and a half and I LOVE it. Nothing negative to say. The front office people are wonderful always willing to help. Amenities are always well maintained and clean. Maintenance response is fast and they have always been able to fix anything. Wish I could give 10 stars!

  The best apartment complex in Charlotte, hand's down. It feels like home. The staff are friendly, hard working, and create fun community social events. The property is maintained very well. All maintenance tickets are handled immediately. I've lived here for three years and I'm proud to call The Lexington Dilworth my home.

  The Lexington Dilworth is the perfect place to live! The location is nicely tucked in the Dilworth neighborhood, away from the traffic and noise on South Blvd, but still within walking distance of a bunch of great restaurants and breweries. I’d give it more stars if I could!
