- CTC TAug 28, 20252.0The price to me initially was quite competitive and I love the location. However, the building is paper thin. If you're lucky, you'll get considerate upstairs neighbors who won't move furniture around until the crack of dawn every single day... I am borderline OCD clean but I would still find at least 2 or 3 roaches a month. As soon as you step outside at night, a colony of roaches would scurry away. I also understand fire alarms must be tested, but they are very frequent compared to other apartments I've lived at before, and they are LOUD. Something to consider if you have nervous pets.

The entire process—from touring to applying to moving in—was smooth and pretty much stress-free, thanks to Mr. Louis, the assistant manager. He went above and beyond to make sure we found the perfect unit for our family and that it was ready in time by our requested move-in date. Moving your family across the country is no small task but the seamless process really helped. The community itself is beautiful, with great amenities. The maintenance team is friendly and prompt, and the neighbors have all been welcoming. Overall, it’s been a great experience so far!
