  Great place to live, safe and quiet, excellent amenities, friendly and professional staff, quick and supportive maintenance team. The one and only downside - lack of kids' playgroung onsite.

  The Flats at Ballantyne is a wonderful community. People respect each other. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. I’ve been here 4 years and plan to stay. ❤️

  So far, we’ve really enjoyed our stay at The Flats at Ballantyne. The entire process—from touring to applying to moving in—was smooth and pretty much stress-free, thanks to Mr. Louis, the assistant manager. He went above and beyond to make sure we found the perfect unit for our family and that it was ready in time by our requested move-in date. Moving your family across the country is no small task but the seamless process really helped. The community itself is beautiful, with great amenities. The maintenance team is friendly and prompt, and the neighbors have all been welcoming. Overall, it’s been a great experience so far!

  At first with all of their joyous tours and many amenities seem amazing, even the first few months are here but after a while even just living for 1 and a half years here oh my is there problems 1. Pest problems, There are so many Roaches and spiders its crazy you can expect to come home into your room and see ATLEAST 5 spiders across the corners of the room so at this point you just deal with them, and the roaches... They get into any place you can think of in your unit (Drawers, Cabinets, Toilets, Stoves, Floorboards luckily since were on the 3rd floor there arent much of the roaches but still we expect to see 1 or 2 every few months and also the roaches OUTSIDE... if you EVER use the grill get ready for atleast 10 roaches to just climb out they live IN the grills 2. The staff, Generally most of the staff are very nice and always here you out and really are just chill but some of them well, If you ever decide to complain anything to management (especially the front desk) THEY DO NOT CARE just saying "We will look into that" to anything you say yet do nothing. If anything requires security camera footage for literal CLEAR evidence they say "We keep our tenants privacy safe and do not show security camera footage" even for the most blatant rule breaking 3. General problems, first of all its the "GENIUS" idea of leaving our trash IN THE HALLS for people to pick them up and throw them away for us, great amenity I get it but when the whole apartment takes out their trash for a whole day in the hall NO WONDER WHENEVER YOU EXIT YOUR UNIT IT SMELLS LIKE GARBAGE every part of the building has different garbage scents.. and honestly we'd just rather take the trash out ourselves then also deal with all the garbage collection problems also the fire alarms are HORRID sure you have your occasional smoke alarm go off (which you hear across the entire building because of the PAPER thin walls ) but then every half a year or so you can expect to get a ear checkup when the buildings FIRE (not smoke) ALARMS GO OFF and it is always so loud and honestly if you hear the alarm you may aswell just stay inside... and wait like 10 minutes while the fire department drives over to fix it overall through all of the smiles the members of the staff team that have any overall power suck the amenities constantly break (and for some reason they tend to do lots of events that make you not use a amenity as a blatant cash grab) and horrible pest problems even for us on the 3rd floor I would recommend reading other 1 star reviews as they are the only ones not made by somebody calling themselves and expert after living here for a month DONT RENT HERE

  We visited these apartments and was absolutely wowed!!! Curtis was very informative and professional. He had the biggest smile on his face , very welcoming ! My husband and I are new to the Area, we definitely appreciate his warming spirit to assure we will be safe and Treated greatly!!! Amazing staff
