  Absolutely love it here! Organized clean environment—— Staff is super friendly & kind. Everything is in proximity, it’s really a diverse community (single, family etc.) neighbors are nice as well.

  This is a great community! We toured the community with Jaylen. He was very knowledgeable, excellent customer service and very mannerable. I toured with my daughter and he answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns.

  I love it here! The management team: Jaylen, Julia, Karolan, and Chris, are top tier. They’re always friendly, extremely helpful, and quick to respond. They’re also super pet-friendly, my dog gets her morning snuggles every day, it’s her favorite amenity. Maintenance is outstanding and takes care of requests promptly, and the amenities are always clean and well maintained. Overall, a great community that I highly recommend!

  I have been with The Collins for more than 2 years and I couldn't thank them (Julia, Chris, Karolan, Jaylen, Junior, and the rest of the staff) enough for being so helpful. They've always shown a willingness to help without hesitation. Julia has been there since the start of our application and gave us many options and accommodations, which made us choose The Collins. Chris was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions when he toured us around the community. Karolan being the front of the leasing office, has always been friendly and helpful when I have a lot of related and unrelated questions regarding packages and more. You can definitely count on her. I could tell she's a valuable asset to the team. Jaylen has always been the right person to ask when you needed an answer right away, especially about packages. He was so helpful when I needed a storage unit. He went above and beyond. Kudos, Jaylen! You definitely deserve an award for that. Junior, on the other hand, never fails if you need something fixed in your apartment; he'll explain every detail and fix it right away. My deepest thanks to him for being a good fixer. To sum up, I would always recommend The Collins Apartment to everyone who wants to live in a great and comfortable place. Five stars to this apartment.

  If you’re looking for a welcoming, well-run community, I highly recommend The Collins. The location is convenient with easy access to the interstate, grocery stores, and restaurants, and the grounds are always clean and well maintained. I also appreciate the gated buildings and the occasional community events that make the place feel lively and safe. Karolyn at the front desk, has been wonderful. She’s friendly, responsive, and always willing to help; whether it’s answering questions, easing concerns. It’s clear she truly cares about residents. The maintenance crew is also fantastic (Jaylen, and Junior). They handle service requests quickly, communicate before arriving, and consistently provide quality work. Their professionalism really sets this community apart. Overall, I’m grateful for the support they’ve provided since I moved in and genuinely enjoy living here.
