  Shout out to the entire staff for being so friendly and welcoming! A special thank you to Julia, the manager, for her support and care for the community. And a big thanks to Anthony and Junior for always being so helpful with maintenance. This has truly been a great place to live, and we’ve had nothing but positive experiences during our time as residents. We’ll genuinely miss our home here. Apartments are nice and spacious, best in Charlotte!🏡✨

  The staff here is amazing!!! Chris and Karolan were amazing and super helpful and attentive! 10/10 recommend this complex :)

  Overall, The Collins is a great apartment community. The property is clean, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The management team in the office is professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. They do a great job keeping residents informed and addressing concerns in a timely manner. Plus, they do a lot of community activities at the office. I especially want to recognize the maintenance team, Anthony and Junior. They are both amazing at what they do. They are always friendly, respectful, and professional when they come into my apartment. They show up at a reasonable time, and whenever I submit a maintenance request, they typically complete the job in less than five days. They work efficiently and make sure everything is taken care of properly. Overall, I’m very happy living here and truly appreciate the staff and the care they put into maintaining the community.

  When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by Jaylen and Chris. I’m not sure if it was the hospitality, the inviting aroma or the beautiful decor but I felt at home before I could even wipe my feet off. Tje tour with Jaylen truly sealed the deal. he was knowledgeable and mad the experience enjoyable from start to finish. The apartments are nice and spacious and honestly no one else can compete with their amenities

  Julia was very helpful and welcoming, offering us a warm beverage before we started our tour on such a cold day. Jaylen gave us a very detailed tour, answered all our questions and was extremely patient throughout the entire experience. I also had some in a wheelchair with me and Chris and Jaylen immediately stepped in to assist us. their kindness and willingness to help made the visit more enjoyable.
