I’m a current resident, and unfortunately this property has really gone downhill. The customer service from the property manager Monique is unacceptable. As a resident who pays rent on time and has never caused any issues, I’m consistently met with a dismissive and unhelpful attitude whenever I need assistance with packages or maintenance concerns. It genuinely feels like residents are an inconvenience. I’ve already submitted my notice and will not be renewing my lease, and the poor management experience played a major role in that decision.

this is my first time leaving a review because it’s really not my thing but i’d want to know what i’m walking into as well. i showed up yesterday, 02/21/2026, for my apartment tour at 1:30 pm as scheduled. after being buzzed in i walk into the leasing office and the leasing consultant has another person in the chair (clearly for a tour). i barely step foot into the leasing office before she asks me to wait outside. there were other chairs in the office so I'm not exactly sure as to why i had to wait in the hallway but i didn’t make a fuss because i understand sometimes tours can go a bit longer than expected. i patiently waited in the hallway but at this point its 15 minutes past my scheduled time. both the future tenant and leasing agent walk out of the office so im thinking maybe they’re done but no, instead she comes to tell me that she’s taking him on a tour and she’ll be back for me “if that’s okay”. i said no, its not really okay with me being that it’s over 15 minutes past the time that i scheduled to see the apartment. she asks me “oh, did you have an appointment scheduled?” even though when i talked on the telecom i said that i was here for my 1:30pm appointment. so of course i said yes and confirmed that i scheduled this weeks prior. i then asked if there’s a better day that my time would probably be accommodated? she asked if i could come back in 30 minutes? i said no, i don’t have an additional 30 minutes to wait on your time. at this point the other resident clearly felt bad and said he didn’t mind doing a group tour but i said i did. i know he meant well and it wasn’t his fault but me and him were not moving in together so i didn’t feel the need to tour an apartment together. i asked how long the tour was going to be because i was really excited for these apartments but then she told me “like 20 minutes or so”. i could clearly understand that my time was not respected or valued at all because had i have shown up late the amount of time she thought i should wait then it would’ve been an issue. i walked away after stating that my time was clearly not respected because it was clear that the guy before me must of came in last minute (to no fault of his own) but she decided to prioritize a walk in over a scheduled appointment. i decided to take my money elsewhere and will be signing a new lease with an agent that has proper time management. i really wish i got her name. i’ll call on monday to get it and reply back to this review. i completely understand things happen but in this situation it could’ve easily been avoided by a phone call prior to my appointment letting me know that she is running behind, or letting the other person know that she has an appointment but can show him after. his time is valuable as well but it was a clear situation of her prioritizing him over me and there could’ve been another factor causing that as well. extremely poor customer service and time management. 0/5 stars unfortunately.

If you are considering moving here let me save you the trouble, don’t. The theft going on is ridiculous, stolen bikes, scooters, mail, etc.. is an on going problem that the property manager Monique has not cared to address. In fact she and her higher ups dismiss everything. Monique’s attitude when j brought this up to her was horrible. She didn’t apologize but felt the need to “correct me” when I told her “I pay for controlled access and security” telling “Those are added amenities & not payed for”. Controlled access is not controlled, anyone can stroll in at anytime. Maintenance team (great by the way) have had their things stolen. From my unit alone, over 6k worth of property (ebike & electric scooter) has been stolen. Other bikes stolen as well, regardless of where you store them and how you lock them up. The bike room isn’t safe, the garage isn’t safe, and at this point I don’t even think a balcony on the 5th floor is safe either. What you pay in rent here is not worth the trouble it comes with. The negligence of this property and its management (excluding JaQuila & the maintenance team) is unmatched. The failure to even attempt to fix a foreseeable reoccurring issue is inexcusable. Even when I offered to show where the problems were in the security of the property, I was dismissed. Oh also the fire alarms go off every week at some point, they will tow your car WHILE PARKED IN YOUR RESERVED SPOT WITH THE PASS SHOWING because you didn’t pay for that month when they themselves failed to charge you for it. Dave Kish who is a higher up over the property, reached out to me from a blocked number (no caller id). He did this after a my second email to him, stating that it looks like I’ll have to go to media and news outlets to be heard. Funny how he was quick to respond to that but not my other email or calls. If you have to reach out to a resident to hear about a situation via an untraceable number, you know you are in the wrong. Save yourself the trouble and move somewhere that is not negligent to the upkeep of their property when reoccurring & foreseeable theft is a constant issue. Ignore every good review as that is what they ask of you to grant you a move in special.

Been at the collective for 3 years now. 2023-2024 It was rough start with the countless hours of fire alarms going off through out the evening and night. It seems to have resolved since then. 2025-present the new management has been excellent and professional. Base rent prices are well reasonable. Maintenance has been 10/10 since living here. Appliances are amazing and work great. If I ever had an issue it was resolved within 24-48 hours. I love that management has monthly social events, it is nice seeing the community come together. Definitely would love to see dog bins cleaned out more often. It doesn’t look good when bins are full to where people are throwing poop bags on the ground. I would definitely recommend living here. I will be resigning my lease for another year. Thanks collective for all you do!
