  We came planning to stay for a year or two.. it’s been 7 years now! This place is truly Amazing.. Staff and management are great!! We feel HOME!

  Good management. I think they really do care about residents. Nice seasonal events throughout the year for adults and kids. I do wish there could be some clean-up and landscaping in back of certain buildings. Some look a little slummy.

  My family and I are so happy to have found such a beautiful neighborhood. The area is kept very nice, and everyone, from the staff to our neighbors, are so pleasant and welcoming. Our toddler, whom is VERY active, loves to play at the basketball court, tennis court, and playground. We also enjoy participating in the neighborhood events put on by the staff. We are so thankful we don't have to go far to have a great time.

  Pros - Strawberry Hill townhouses/apartments are in a great location that is safe and relatively quiet. My townhouse is in good condition considering the age, and I enjoy the amenities of the community. If you like to walk or hang out by the pool, you will love living here. Maintenance responds quickly to requests, and the office employees are very friendly. I would recommend living here. Cons - The water gets turned off without notice typically once a month. While I suspect in most cases the apartment community does not have control over this, I have not experienced situations like this while living in other places in Charlotte. There are some bugs, but this is common in Charlotte.

  Strawberry Hill neighborhood is home to people from all stages of life. There are many nice amenities like 3 pools, a gym, a tennis court, a playground, and a dog park. The property is well maintained and maintenance issues are usually handled quickly. The leasing staff are all great and put on fantastic events. Some units are renovated and some are not, and they are priced accordingly. One of the only negatives I can think of is the dumpster situation, there are only 2 dumpsters in the whole neighborhood and they can be far from some homes. I wish trash was picked up at our homes rather than us being in charge of disposal. But i’d rather not pay a huge fee for that, so i’m okay dealing with the annoyance. The required cable/wifi package is reasonable and not an excessive fee like some complexes charge. If you are observant, you may notice many reviews are being left at the same time. They are currently running a raffle for reviews, but they are NOT incentivizing 5 star reviews. This is the exact wording in the email we received: “ We want your genuine, sincere feedback. The content or sentiment of your review will not affect your chances of winning the raffle”
