  I’m writing this review after living in the community for about one year, and unfortunately my experience with PulteGroup has been disappointing. Since moving in, I have had to deal with multiple issues that should not be present in a newly built home. Some of the major problems included: Roof water leaks Dead sod in the front lawn Weed-infested sod in the backyard Poor drainage on the sides of the property Structural squeaks throughout the first floor Bathroom tile removal and rework due to subfloor squeaking Uneven roof over the patio To their credit, Pulte has addressed and repaired several of these issues. However, a number of problems remain unresolved even after a year. For example, water still pools along the side of the house after rain, indicating the grading and drainage were not properly done. Additionally, the vinyl siding has noticeable bulges and waves, which appear to be caused by improper installation or house wrap issues. This does not look like professional workmanship. The construction overall felt rushed, and based on conversations with neighbors, many homeowners in the community have had similar experiences. The siding issue alone is frustrating because if I were to repair it myself, materials alone would cost over $1,500, for something that should not be failing on a nearly new home. Buying a new home is supposed to provide peace of mind, but the amount of time spent following up on construction defects has been exhausting. I hope Pulte improves their quality control and construction oversight, because buyers deserve better from a large national builder. I have attached photos showing the siding bulging, which clearly should not happen on a new home.

  So far, my experience with Pulte has been outstanding. Although I haven’t spent a full month in my new home yet, the service I’ve received at this point has been excellent. This is my second time purchasing a property, and I can confidently say that this experience has far surpassed my first. The walkthrough with Brenden was especially helpful—he took the time to explain every detail about my new house and made sure I understood everything I needed to know. The front office staff has also been incredibly welcoming and friendly, making the process even more enjoyable. I’m genuinely excited to see what the future holds as I settle into life at Stewart Landing.

  I really recommend to someone who has a plan to buy a home here. The house quality and all processes from start to the end was great!!!
