  I love the staff here! We just moved in last month and Toriano, Ayana and Virgil have been amazing and uber helpful! The building is lucky to have them.

  I’ve lived here for over a year and definitely have some opinions. tldr: I’d go with some neighboring apartments with similar pricing and WAY better amenities. The actual apartment interiors are nice and what you’d expect from a large apartment building. The maintenance staff has always been responsive and helped with normal issue that come up. Unfortunately, there are other areas that have made our experience not so great. Packages: if I had a dollar for every minute I spend digging through piles of packages in that tiny room, I’d probably have enough money to pay rent for the rest of the year. It’s so chaotic and disorganized. Having 80 lockers for the whole building was an interesting choice. Amenities: We pay monthly fees for events and have not had a real event in several months. The building amenities look good at first glance… but the coffee machine rarely works (usually just shoots out water and milk) (The Sloan Nextdoor has a literal barista which just makes this hurt more). And there are no cups? I found a sign on the coffee machine recently because we are all so tired of the lack of amenities expected at a luxury apartment. The gym has space for more machines, and the only cable machine has been broken for a while. One of the grills has been broken for 9 months and still doesn’t work well. And the pool gets nearly no sun outside of 3-4 chairs. Security: the gate breaks regularly and then is just left open. When we first lived here multiple cars were stolen before the gates were fully enclosed, so it’s always concerning when the gates are just propped open. Several doors went months without the locks working. And many of the keypads are consistently left unlocked, leaving individual apartments accessible. There has not been a single day where every lock works properly in the building… since it opened. Parking: 4 spots on each floor are reserved for the 1 charging station. And they boot cars ($180 fee, 2 hours to get unlocked) if you park there and aren’t charging. A large portion of parking sports are compact making parking more difficult than necessary. There are also NO guest parking spots on site. Street parking has gotten out of hand for this reason. Even reserving an event space, no spots are made available. Reserving spaces also costs $75 per hour, which is also crazy for it being somewhere I already pay rent and an amenities fees. Noise: my biggest advice would be to absolutely not rent on the side facing Goldie’s. The noise is unavoidable and karaoke nights are brutal.

  The lack of communication and basic attention to the building is unbelievable. I’ve emailed the leasing team four times about the most simple daily issues - the coffee machine being empty, overflowing, or completely unusable — and nothing ever gets fixed (see pic below from 7am). There’s no sense of community, no follow-through, and the elevators are broken half the time. When residents bring up concerns, it feels like the staff just shrugs them off (because they are repeat concerns). It’s clear they seem checked out and not invested in the people who actually live here. Save yourself the frustration.
