  Just moved in here and so far I only have GREAT things to say! For one, you can’t beat the location. You can do pretty much anything with walking distance. The amenities are super nice (you can have a pretty good workout at the gym while overlooking South Blvd). The staff is super helpful and patient with my thousand questions - shout out to the maintenance guys that resolved all the issues I had super quick. I was initially concerned with security because of the gate being broken but that was also fixed really fast. I don’t think I ever see a building with such a quick turnaround time on those things. The building is on the older side (2017 I think) but honestly my apartment looks pristine, and so does the rest of the building. Apparently they do a great job at keeping up with things here. So excited to call this place home!

  Terell was great and the work culture was amazing ! I truly loved the atmosphere and it was an amazing tour Highly recommend !!

  I’ve officially hit my one-year anniversary at The Selene, and I couldn’t be happier! The staff has been consistently warm, helpful, and professional since day one - especially Terrell, who made my move-in seamless and helped me confidently sign my lease. The community feels safe and welcoming, and I just renewed for another year with no hesitation. Highly recommend calling this place home!

  I have lived at Selene for over a year and I love it. Lauren and Kayla are always so helpful when any issues arise, I genuinely feel like they care about their residents as people. Terrell is super knowledgeable and such a funny guy, he always makes me laugh when I come downstairs. Last but not least, Laura Erbe, our property manager is AMAZING! She always answers any questions and is so nice. I love it here!

  Selene @ Southline has been a great experience and a wonderful place to retreat at the end of a long hectic day all because of Laura's and Kayla's dedication and phenomenal commitment in making everyone feel welcome and cared for. Laura and Kayla in my humble opinion are consummate professionals in all thing property and people management. They are prompt and quite responsive to concerns that' is brought to their attention each day. They are constantly encouraging feedback from the community and in turn device ways to make improvements accordingly. I will definitely recommend Selene @Southline to friends and family members. Laura and Kayla are invaluable treasure to this community. - - Lawrence
