  My experience living in the Sedgefield community managed by Marsh Properties has been a great experience. The community is well maintained, quiet and family friendly. Being a resident for over 5 years I've found the lovely leasing office ladies to always be kind, understanding and quick to respond to any issues related to the property.

  been living in same duplex for 41 yrs here in sedgefield. my wife who past away in 2016 was here since 1974. the staff has always been more than helpful. the property managers patty and fran were the best. and the office ladies patty and virgina helped me through my wife's passing.

  I have lived here for 7 years and have had the best experience while living in my duplex . The staff is always friendly when I call and helpful and maintenance always get the job done even if it's replacing a light bulb they are on it ! I can't express enough how much marsh properties is one of the best places I have lived, Very quite and safe neighborhood as well

  I have been at Sedgefield for over three years now, two at my current residence. The management has been great and always quick to address problems that arise. I spend most of my days outside enjoying the view with my pup people watching as they walk past the newly built pond. There’s something to say about a North Carolina fall that cannot be said about anywhere else. Thanks from a longtime resident here. Paul
