  My husband, and daughter and myself have lived at Salem Village since 2018. We came here with the intentions of living here short term, but felt like it was home and I’ve stayed ever since. Management has been very good to us and whenever we have a problem with our unit they fix it quickly and efficiently. Also, I rented out the event room next to the pool for a Halloween party. It is a large beautiful renovated space with an upscale kitchen. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to have a special event. The rent was very reasonable and table and chairs were Included which saves a lot of money If they had to be rented from an outside source. We are very happy living at Salem Village and highly recommended it for anyone looking for a short term or a long-term residence.

  Salem Village has been an amazing place for my husband and I. We get the chance to live in this expensive neighborhood without actually breaking the bank. It’s walking distance to freedom park and lots of restaurants and bars! Maintenance is very quick to respond and they even have an emergency maintenance line that is very responsive as well. Neighbors are a mix of couples of all ages and a few families with young kids. You won’t get any loud, straight out of college, type neighbors. It truly is a hidden gem and it’s been our favorite spot to live since we moved to Charlotte. My husband and I are looking to buy a house soon and we’re so sad that we’ll have to leave this place!

  I have lived in Salem Village for 2 years now with my fiancee and our dog and it is the best neighborhood in Charlotte. Marsh Properties is super responsive when it comes to late night service requests and is completely understanding with scheduling around our day. The spaces are huge, the area is great, and it is close to everything. I would highly recommend living here!!!
