The home now has locks, so I went to the office to inquire about access. I spoke to an employee named Travis, who informed me that I needed approval from my property manager. However, in the middle of our conversation, Travis took a call and walked away without excusing himself or allowing me to finish my response. This interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional, and left me feeling undervalued as a client. I would expect a more respectful approach in handling client interactions. Fortunately, the front desk staff were helpful and provided the necessary information for me to view my home. I hope future interactions with Ryan Homes staff reflect a higher standard of customer service.
