  I have lived in Queens at Granville for 12 1/2 years. I have had few issues in that time and have been very happy living here. The Myers Park location, the neighbors, the apartment itself having 2 terraces and 3 bedrooms and baths all came together for my husband and me who moved here from NYC. The reason I have given 4 stars is because there were several times I was not satisfied with the response of service. I had to call several times for the same issue and either gave up or waited for weeks and tried again. Since living in the apartment for so many years we felt our carpet should have been replaced (we wanted to put in wood floors), we could no longer get the cabinets in the kitchen clean and the bathroom floors were cracked. Since my husband was sick, we had no choice but to move within the building to a differenet apartment. Also, it would have been nice if the management had shown the tenants the new hall carpet before they made their decision, since no one I spoke to likes the carpet. The empty white walls are also cold and stark.
