  I have been living at Providence Park Apartments for about a year and a half, and I can honestly say this has been a great experience. The management team and office staff are outstanding. They truly care about residents and do everything possible to make the community comfortable, safe, and welcoming. You can feel that this is not just a job for them. They are genuinely invested in creating a good living environment. The maintenance and cleaning teams deserve special recognition. The property is always clean, well maintained, and organized. When we first moved in, the apartment was spotless and felt brand new. Many of our friends in Charlotte were surprised, because their move in experiences elsewhere involved cleaning and fixing things themselves. Ours was completely stress free and positive from day one. Maintenance requests are handled incredibly fast. When our dishwasher broke, they checked it and replaced it with a new one. When I accidentally used the washing machine incorrectly, the team came the same day and fixed everything. The responsiveness is impressive. Another thing I really appreciate is the sense of community. Every month there are events for residents that are fun, relaxed, and well organized. The holiday celebrations are especially wonderful. Both last year and this year, they hosted Christmas dinners with catering. Thanksgiving was also celebrated thoughtfully, with small but very heartfelt gestures throughout the week, like pies and treats. No holiday goes unnoticed here. I have recommended Providence Park to many friends, and several of them have moved here based on my recommendation. At this point, there are so many people coming that I almost have to be careful recommending it too much. Overall, these are apartments where you truly feel calm, comfortable, and at home. Providence Park is a place where people genuinely care, and it shows. Thank you to the entire team for creating a community that truly feels like home.

  I love the community here at Providence Park. It’s quiet yet convenient to lots of shopping and restaurants. The staff has always been friendly and if I have a need they work fast to resolve my issues. My leasing agent Rebecca has always been super nice and willing to help. Mrs Cheryl is a gem and will find ways to make sure things are taken care of. The maintenance staff is pleasant and they work quickly and efficiently. I’m happy to be apart of the Providence Park community

  The biggest plus here is the staff. The office team is friendly and easy to deal with, and the maintenance guys are great. When something breaks, they come quickly and actually fix it. This has always been the most reliable part of living here. The apartment itself is pretty old. We’ve been living in this unit since 2022, and even back then everything already felt outdated. All the appliances are old models. They still work, but they’re clearly not new. The blinds have been an issue from day one, they go up, but pulling them down is a struggle, and they never close properly. Some units in the complex were renovated, but many were not, including ours. Rent is now close to newer apartment complexes nearby, even though the condition of the apartments can be very different. It really depends on which unit you end up with. Neighbors are good, and the area feels safe overall.

  I’ve lived here for 2 years and it has been a great place to live! The apartments are spacious and thoughtfully designed with high ceilings and private patios. The grounds are pretty, well-kept and good for taking walks. They have a wonderful pool and gym and are pet-friendly. The management is attentive, responsive, and holds people accountable to the rules so all residents can feel safe. The community is diverse and respectful. Highly recommend!
