  I want to give a huge shoutout to Kim at Progressive Residential! She truly eased my frustration during the move-in process. From the moment I arrived until the very end, she was welcoming, inviting, and had such a beautiful smile. Kim remained professional throughout the entire process and even took the time to congratulate me on my new home. Her kindness and positive attitude made the experience much better, and I truly appreciate her help! 😊🏡

  Buyer beware. I have been at my rental for 2 weeks. So far I have 2 broken showers and 1 out of 3 working toilets. When reaching out to get any sense of urgency about my service requests I have been ghosted. Completely unfair and unprofessional. Worst mistake I’ve made in renting for 8 years. Stay away.

  Progress Residential has poor communication. When my roommates and I have called we get put on hold for extended periods of time and the call "waiting list" says you will be called in 10 minutes and it has currently been over 2 hours. The house I am renting was clearly a quick fix because of the amount of things that have just randomly happened without any of my roommates and I having anything to do with it. Also, maintenance requests can take up to 2 weeks which is sometimes understandable. The good part is that the neighborhood we live in is nice and family oriented.

  I would love to give a shout out to Safa she was amazing her vibe was very welcoming and she reassured me that everything was going to be all right I was getting a runaround from a couple other agents but soon as I got in contact with her it was a breeze she even gave me information for later on that I had no clue of I really appreciate her she was a great agent If I could get her on the phone all the time that would be a plus shout out to SAFA again

  I been dealing with this company for the last 4 years. You cannot reach anyone on the phone and they always directing you to emails which sends back random responses. This business is the worst they are trying to charge me over 8000 dollars for things that I didn’t do and what is crazy is they send pictures out of the homes inspection before you move in and when I left they sent them same pictures as if I created them issues. I moved out of my property in June of 23 and they tacked on 3 months stating that I did not let no one know that I was moving when I finally did get In contact with someone I clearly asked how could I when no one never answers the phone. If you can avoid this rental place they are a scammer and the worst ever.
