  I’ve had a great experience renting with Progress Residential. Their customer service is always friendly and helpful, and maintenance is quick and reliable. Everything has been smooth and easy, and I really appreciate how well they take care of their residents. Highly recommend! Extra props to Maylene for her exceptional service and for always being helpful!

  Renting from Progress Residential has been a great experience. The home is affordable, well-maintained, and exactly what I needed. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and on time, and their customer service team is always responsive and helpful. Also I want to give a shout out to Ms. Maylene !! She has always been very helpful! Overall, they’ve made the renting process easy and stress-free. I highly recommend them

  There’s so much to type. Long story short, an inevitable leak lead to my shower needing to be replaced. There have been a total of 4-5 techs come to my house, 2-4 months of waiting for it to be completed and I am AGAIN placing another work order request to finish my shower install. If my 2 yr old hurts himself on the exposed metal or wood, I’m suing for sure because this is ridiculous. They haven’t even addressed the water damage in my coat closet. I’ve been asking them to fix that for almost a year. They just say that’s someone else’s job to do.

  Another great experience with this company water heater went out Friday night. They came the next day figuring out what the issue was got fixed for us on Monday night. They went beyond and more to get the water hot for us again this is a very cool company they keep their word. I love it and I recommend anybody to join progress residential for their house and needs. God bless you guys and the work you guys do.

  Why is the home to home transfer criteria so hard to get approval? Perfect record for years. Decided to try the home to home transfer because we need more space, and the process has been hell. They do another credit check background check everything. But we’re already residence and have a perfect record and they use some new credit score system. They adopted probably a year or two ago from what I’m told and it doesn’t even match my credit scores at all and they reported it as negative and decline the home to home transfer and you can’t try again to do the home to home transfer once they decline it. I think this is very unfair to current residents to have them go through such a process and they’re already in a home with progress. And you can’t talk to anybody in management or corporate for a live person to take a look at your paperwork or applications or anything like that they just go by the system and what vantage or smart rent or whatever system it is that they use they just go by that decision. I’m already a resident. This is ridiculous! My lease is up in December. Unfortunately I won’t be renewing because we need more space and Progress won’t work with their current residents personally.
