  10/10 I want to thank Patrekia she was AMAZING she was very helping she responded to me quickly she made the process feel so easy and she was very patient it felt good to have such and amazing point of contact she made the experience amazing absolutely love her and the apartments the tour was amazing all the staff was awesome

  Jay is friendly and makes you feel right at home. The apartment complex is well maintained. I toured the model for a 1 bedroom and can't wait to apply and move in.

  I first want to thank Patrekia for making my move in process go quick and smooth. I applied on Dec 19 and moved in by Dec 26. She was pleasant and welcoming every time I stepped into the office. Living here has been an awesome experience, I like how quiet it has been at night and how valet trash has been consistent with picking up trash. I also want to give thanks to Mr. Jay for being diligent with finding a storage unit for me in short notice. Shout Out!!! To the maintenance team for responding quickly to work orders and cleaning up area when process is done. Finally, want to give a Huge thanks to Ms Amy for going above and beyond to assist me when I was at crunch time in make a decision. Due to her willingness to assist I was able to make the best choice to where I wanted to live. And I can say I have no complaints. I just want to say Thank You Preserve at Steele Creek Management Team!!! Satisfied Tenant 💖
