  I am a bit disappointed with the way repairs on our faulty refrigerator was done. Days have gone by, weeks have passed by because it was around December and we are still waiting for the thermostat to be fixed or whatever. A mini refrigerator was brought in thinking it could save us hmmm the least talked about the that the better because how can the person who brought that mini refrigerator plugged it in and whether it was working or not, the story ended there. I have to pour meals out because non of the refrigerators were working. Anyway thanks for picking up the mini refrigerator and miraculously, the other one is working since we don’t know when the thermostat will be fixed. We appreciate your support

  I have been living here for almost 3 months and so far so good. The place is nice, it’s quiet, the ladies at the front are amazing. The only complaints I have is the way the water comes out the kitchen and bathroom sinks it sprinkles instead of coming out fully. Also parking is awful. I’ve never had to walk so far to get the my apartment after 7/8 pm there’s never parking in front my building I basically have to park in the visitors.

  Reasonably priced and well located, Parkside staff has been quickly responsive to any maintenance or front office requests. I renewed my lease for another year!

  The apartments themselves are great, and the ladies in the office are absolute sweethearts. But unfortunately, the company does nothing about loud neighbors which was my main concern before moving in. I was told they handle noise complaints seriously, but that’s far from reality. I moved here in March 2025, and since then my upstairs neighbors bang, yell, vacuum at 1–2 a.m., and throw parties that shake the ceiling. I’ve contacted the office countless times, and while they’ve warned the tenants “hundreds of times,” it’s always empty threats no follow-through, no penalties, nothing changes. They tell you to call the police, but CMPD doesn’t even respond to loud noise complaints anymore, saying there are no officers certified to operate the sound meter. CMPD refers you back to the leasing office, and the leasing office just sends another useless warning. To make things worse, this is supposed to be a gated community but the gates never work. Anyone can drive in and out freely, which defeats the purpose of having “secured access.” I can’t wait for my lease to end in March I’m moving out and never looking back. I understand apartment living comes with some noise, but this is constant and extreme. It wakes me and my kids up at night, and it’s obvious some neighbors just don’t care about anyone else. Just the other night, I could hear music blasting from several buildings away around 4 a.m. If you value peace and quiet, stay far away from this place. Other than the noise and broken gates, I have no complaints. And please do not reply to this message asking me to “call you” or saying “we’ll look into it.” We’ve been through this countless times already.
