  I lived here from April 2024 to August 2025. It’s a nice apartment complex with a good layout for the studio apartments. The gym and pool are nice and so are the front office staff. The bad things: - Every few months, it was difficult to find a parking spot. Especially on Monday nights, the Park building garage would fill up and I would have to turn around (difficult), and go to the Kingston garage. - Also, I started having a small problem with bugs around the halfway point. I believe they were german roaches(?). The maintenance man blamed it on my plants, but I literally saw a couple crawl out of an outlet in my kitchen. They seem to be aware of the issue, because the maintenance guy pretty readily offered to put me up in a hotel so they could bug bombed the place (I did not take them up on the offer).

  I’ve absolutely loved living at Park & Kingston! Jasmine and Rebecca in the leasing office are amazing, and always so friendly & helpful. The complex is always kept up nicely, and it really is a great place to live. Definitely recommend!

  I needed to find an apartment for my parents asap and Tammi made that happen. Not only did she take my many, many phone calls-- she also walked me through each step! I contacted Tammi on a Thursday and had an apartment on a Monday. Great women working in the leasing office. They are lifesavers!!
