- AEAmy EngineerNov 9, 20253.0I lived here from April 2024 to August 2025. It’s a nice apartment complex with a good layout for the studio apartments. The gym and pool are nice and so are the front office staff. The bad things: - Every few months, it was difficult to find a parking spot. Especially on Monday nights, the Park building garage would fill up and I would have to turn around (difficult), and go to the Kingston garage. - Also, I started having a small problem with bugs around the halfway point. I believe they were german roaches(?). The maintenance man blamed it on my plants, but I literally saw a couple crawl out of an outlet in my kitchen. They seem to be aware of the issue, because the maintenance guy pretty readily offered to put me up in a hotel so they could bug bombed the place (I did not take them up on the offer).
