  MECA has managed our rental home for several years. They are very professional in operation and communication. Tenant turnovers have been smooth, with detailed recommendations on both repair options and tenant interest. They have helped ensure that the property is properly maintained and cared for while also maximizing our income from the home. Would definitely recommend MECA if you're looking for a thoroughly professional property management experience as a landlord.

  I'm an owner in a condo assn. which has been managed by Meca for 2 yrs. For one of those 2 yrs, I've also served on the property's HOA. Thus, I am fairly familiar with MECA's personnel and procedures. But more important: I've seen their values in action, and their commitment to meeting client needs. On all counts, I rate them 5 stars. From front line personnel through account representatives, financial & logistical managers, and all the way to top leadership and owners, these folks are attentive to details, they listen, they're experts in their fields, they're thoughtful, and they care! They've had a positive impact on the our HOA and I don't know how we'd manage without their services.
