- SCSam CarterOct 7, 20251.0Meca was a great manager for me early, but once my initial tenant left, they were extremely unhelpful. They sent me an expensive list of surface level repair items.Since I live out of state, I had my realtor and a friend stop by the place and they confirmed that very little of what Meca suggested needed to be done. Then once I made only a portion of their suggestions, they felt hostile, unresponsive, and it seemed they put an extremely low level of effort to get the apartment released. I don't believe the market my apartment in was the strongest, but in general, I sensed a poor attitude during the entire process.
