What if I did not have a phone? They are jerks. Too many other companies to choose from. They are unwilling to compromise. I suggest that you do not do business with them.

Also, he increased the buyer agent percentage and didn't do anything he stated that he would do for us because of the buyer being wealthy. I've attached his response above when I questioned him about it. That's being BIASED! We trusted in him blindly since is our first time selling, unaware of the process. He should be a used car salesman with his empty words, instead of a realtor/broker looking out for his clients' best interests.
