- BBBry4 days ago1.0Negative stars if I could. First a massive fire, a bettle infestation, JCSU students moving in, and now being personally harassed by building "security" because the parking garage gate never works properly. This building/management is all around unprofessional and a stressor. Tonight, I was harassed by "security", and as you can see they are driving an unmarked car with a paper tag and no uniform. Nothing identifying they are supposed to be on the premises. I have a resident sticker, as well as an active metropolis subscription, yet the female jumped in front of my car trying to stop me from entering MY building. She also accused me of trying to hit her partner after he walked behind my car as I was trying to back up. Furthermore, they continued to escalate the situation by blocking me in the parking garage with their car and laughing at me saying they were going to report me. I had to call CMPD and have an officer come out because I was scared and had no clue who these people were. They have no uniforms on, are driving an unmarked car, taking pictures of my license plate, and telling me I cannot enter MY building. Not only did they make me feel unsafe, but the situation should have never escalated to the cops being called had they verified I was a resident from my VERY VISIBLE teal parking sticker that is placed on the driver side windsheild and looked at my ACTIVE metropolis subscription. All of this started because the parking garage gate is cheap and always broken and picks and chooses when it wants to open. The kicker? After this entire altercation I drove up to the garage gate, and shocker........it opened. Choose peace and rent elsewhere.

- KCKari CNov 16, 20253.0This place has gone downhill so much since it first opened. It was quiet and clean and the neighbors were considerate. Now music is blaring day and night despite multiple complaints and even police calls. There’s dog waste in the greenery surrounding the property. Multiple people have complained about pests. Parking is an absolute nightmare with never ending repairs to the parking deck we pay $100 is to park in. Office staff is nice but I am so disappointed with how bad things have gotten.
