  I have to say avoid this place for now. The parking deck is an absolute disaster. Ever since Metropolis took over the parking deck (about a year ago) the resident gate has been an absolute disaster. The gate doesn’t open up 90% of the time, causing lines to get in, and forcing people to park in the public parking on the first floor or in the gravel lot out front. And if you try to get a guess pass, good luck, the gate likely won’t open for them either. It’s an embarrassment. Grubb Properties and Metropolis have been hardly responsive over the past year regarding these issues. And Metropolis customer service has been non-responsive. On top of all that the parking deck has been partially structurally condemned after a car caught fire nearly a year ago. During this time, we haven’t been able to use a good portion of the deck because of this. To make things worse, between the limited parking and the gate issues, they’ve continue to charge everyone $100/month for parking. I’ve been incredibly patient with this for nearly a year…. but it’s simply become a headache I can’t get past anymore. It’s a real shame, the front office staff are courteous and the maintenance crew are prompt and very helpful, and facilities are good. But the parking deck issues are NOT worth the price of the rent and the $100/month parking fee.

  I’ve really enjoyed living here and honestly have no complaints. Maintenance is prompt, reliable, and I trust them to handle any issues, even when I’m not home. The leasing office doesn’t seem to have “no” in their vocabulary; they’re always willing to figure things out or exhaust every option to help. They truly go above and beyond. On two separate occasions they helped me while I was hundreds of miles away. Justin, Ty, Mecha, Kristine, really everyone in the leasing office, have been incredible, along with the fantastic maintenance staff. The free electric car charging is a huge perk for EV owners. My only wish is that some pet owners were a bit more tidy and that residents would learn how to properly use the trash chute, but that’s more on the people, not the property. Anytime I’ve emailed the leasing office with concerns, they’ve responded quickly and taken action. Overall, a great place to live.

  Absolutely loved Link Noda - the staff are so kind, maintenance is timely and everyone made a conscious effort to help out with whatever is needed. Great building, amenities, etc. can’t recommend it enough

  The staff makes this place. Shana is by far the best. She was very understanding and provided me with proper guidance in my transition to CLT. Thanks to Kristine who was able to understand my situation moving in and signing a lease unseen - very professional how they handled my situation and got me squared away in a comfortable space. In dealing with the rest of the staff I also had the please to have Molina and Justin both provide exceptional service as well on a daily basis. Like I said the staff here is very understanding, professional and work very hard. Thanks to Kristine and huge Thank you Shana. I appreciate you and all your hard work and this build drives on yours hard work. For the building itself there can be a few adjustments made as it is a newer facility. I didn’t realize until a few weeks in but I expected a smart home in the apartments with updated heating and keyless entry. It’s been a while I had to turn on and off my heat manually opposed to being able to control my home from my phone. It is still possible to upgrade these to a Smart home and keyless entry as my last complex did this in one day. In addition you can also add kitchen ventilation and above stove light under each microwave. Thanks
