I've lived here since 2022- paid over $80,000 in rent over the years, never missed a payment, never had a complaint, and got a "Notice of Non-Renewal" today based off of the advice that one of their staff members gave me when I moved in. I even brought this issue up to one of the staff members months ago and they told me not to worry about it. They didn't try to reach out to me to come to any sort of resolution, just told me to have my stuff out of there by March. Instead of fighting this and attempting to continue living here, i'm going to take the message loud and clear that they could care less if I renew and I will be taking my $ elsewhere. Really shameful because I loved my apartment and the area. Ultimately the staff and management are the reason I will be leaving as they make this place unbearable.
