- SFSmurf FosterJan 22, 20261.0I’m writing this review on behalf of my girlfriend. She was initially interested in a one-bedroom unit and worked with Jada, the leasing agent. Girlfriend was told that my deposit would be refunded, but it has now been over 30 days and I still have not received it. Initially, I was informed that a check would be mailed within 30 days. After that deadline passed, the explanation changed to a “new company policy,” and I was told the refund would be returned to my card within seven days. That also never happened. I also requested to speak with a supervisor multiple times, but per Jada, the supervisor is “never in the office.” Overall, this experience has been very unprofessional and involved misleading information. Communication has been inconsistent, and there has been no resolution. I would advise others to proceed with caution.
