  I’ve really enjoyed living here! The apartments are spacious, and the amenities like the pool and fitness center are always well taken care of. The location is super convenient too. A special shoutout to the Assistant Property Manager, Kaylha — she’s been incredibly helpful and made the move-in process smooth and welcoming. I’ve seen some reviews mention slow responses, but my experience with Kaylha and the staff has been great so far. I’d definitely recommend this community!

  The new management (2025) does not work at all . Email them , Text them and even they confirm to receive your requests or problems but the thing is they are outsourcing company so your requests or issue never go to the management team !!!! Also the new management does not organize paperworks . We signed on papers and emailed them back and got receipt . But a few month later , they came to us that they did not receive them . It is very nice apt and location . Only thing is the new management does not work at all . Current Residents Please make sure to do TRIPLE - CHECK with the management downstairs all the time and IN PERSON !! Hope we will have new management next year as we always have new management company every year

  Top Tier ✨✨ I’m relocating back to Charlotte from Dallas and recently toured LaVie SouthPark — I was genuinely impressed. The community is beautiful, with well-kept grounds and modern amenities that feel thoughtfully designed rather than just trendy. The SouthPark location is ideal; close to everything but still tucked away enough to feel peaceful. The leasing team was friendly and informative, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming. This property is at the top of my list as I finalize my move back to Charlotte.

  I had such a great experience touring LaVie SouthPark! The community is absolutely beautiful — modern, clean, and full of high-end amenities. The location is unbeatable, with shopping, dining, and entertainment all nearby. I also want to give a special shoutout to the Manager, Jessica, who was truly amazing throughout the entire process. She was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to answer all my questions and make me feel welcome. You can tell Jessica genuinely cares about her residents and takes pride in the community. The only reason I didn’t end up moving in was because my job transfer was unexpectedly canceled — otherwise, I would have signed a lease without hesitation. I still highly recommend LaVie SouthPark to anyone looking for a beautiful apartment and an incredible management team!

  Do you want to live in a place where property managers last less than a Hollywood marriage? Where managerial and leasing staff does not care at all about legitimate concerns of the residents? Then maybe this is the place for you. It's a free for all here with the most low quality management staff I've ever encountered. This place had the potential of being a good apartment community, if it weren't for the utter garbage management. The building is made out of paper too so you'll hear everything your neighbor does. They don't enforce their own rules so you'll have stinky common areas and halls, dog poop everywhere, including inside, much safety concerns. Did I mention the management sucks? Just making sure. I would not recommend this place to anyone, it's overpriced trash. Don't fall for the "luxury" title, it's anything but. I have to re-iterate that the worst part of this place is the complete lack of care and indifference about legitimate concerns from the residents. Some neighbors told me it used to be good before this company took over, and now they share the same concerns we have. It's a shame this keeps happening to many apartment communities. Rent here are your own risk.
