  We rented a place from Juan Pablo and also utilized him as our realtor when we had a major family life change. He provided invaluable market expertise, walked us through each neighborhood we were considering for our growing family, and was extremely communicative. JP is calm, proactive, and deeply knowledgeable, all aspects that were so helpful to us throughout our successful search for a forever home! We will absolutely be leveraging his services again if we need to!

  I fully recommend using JP for your realty needs. He was recommended to me by my friends, and as a first time home buyer, I couldn’t think of how he could have been more helpful. From the get-go, he was responsive and timely. He started from the ground up, sharing his knowledge of the home buying process and getting an understanding of my goals. He kept in touch without being overbearing. Whenever there was a property I wanted to view, he made himself available in a timely manner. Whenever looking at a potential property, he patiently walked me through in a non-biased manner, pointing out the pros and cons of each property. He diligently provided data points and recommendations for each property I was interested in. When I finally found a house that would meet my needs, he was very helpful advocating for me, negotiating the terms and the price. When it came to due diligence, inspections, and negotiations, he was very helpful with providing resources when needed and making me feel like I was set up for success. Overall, I appreciated that he genuinely seemed to have me, his clients, best interests in mind, so I’d definitely work with him again and recommend him to a friend as well.
