    I had my car towed from this apartment complex even though I was well within my right to be parked overnight in the guest parking. All this over a small typo of an "O" instead of a "0." Now I'm having to pay $320 to get it released to me.

    I’ve lived at this complex since May, and my experience has been extremely stressful due to ongoing pest infestations, unresponsive management, and unprofessional staff. My apartment was not move-in ready. Several appliances didn’t work, I wasn’t given a proper walkthrough, and I was simply handed the keys and pointed to my unit. My mailbox also didn’t work for the first three months, and I had to contact USPS myself to get it fixed. There was zero urgency from the office. Also, I was overcharged on my rent for the last eight months despite my constant complaints and questions regarding this issue. One major issue is false expectations during tours. I was shown a different building/unit than the one I received, which appears to be common here. After moving in, communication became nearly impossible. Calls and emails routinely go unanswered, and follow-ups are ignored. The pest problem is severe and constant. I have dealt with roaches and bugs daily since moving in. Pest control is inconsistent and only comes after repeated reminders. Even then, treatments are ineffective because they are not done regularly. This is a known, ongoing issue throughout the property. Management has been unprofessional and dismissive.(I’ve even been yelled and threatened from both Nicole and Demetrious) I’ve been spoken to disrespectfully, and concerns about safety, sanitation, and rent overcharges have not been properly addressed. Corporate was contacted and only offered empty reassurances without action. I do not feel safe, cared for, or valued as a tenant. Once you sign the lease and they receive your money, resident concerns seem to no longer matter. I’ve repeatedly asked about options to exit my lease and have received no response. Many of the positive reviews appear to be from new tenants. Long-term residents are dealing with a very different reality. Everybody here is frustrated, however for fear of retaliation they don’t want to complain. However I strongly encourage anyone considering this property to look elsewhere as it does not look like the pictures, has a roach infestation and terrible customer service after lease is signed. Also, if you’re a woman, especially a single female, be mindful because the men that work at this property are intimidating. Make sure you have cameras in your house, on your door and you document every interaction for your safety. At this point, there’s nothing that they can do anymore to rectify or remedy the situation. I’m just tired of feeling dismissed and living with roaches.

    Automatically red flag when I made appointment to tour apts got there and they was to busy to even do the tour .He rescheduled but I wasn’t feeling that I found somewhere way nicer that didn’t give me none of those problems. Beware your first impression should be your best impression and you failed that!!!!

    MAA was the absolute best however the new management company with the exception of Demitrius and Gino has been nothing but disappointment. Nicole, Patrice and Jeffrey are just a few of property managers in the last year. Yes the turnover for property managers and lack of diligence is awful. I had been living at this location for 3 years before moving out because I closed on a house. The lack of communication, garbage issues, cars being egged, towing issues, flooding from a cut pipe in my master bathroom that also included the 2nd bathroom as well, have done nothing positive for the community. I mentioned I would help with the community cats and they (patrice) agreed. I came today and they threw everything away and I was just there Thursday. I would not recommend moving here. The property managers care for the monthly payment. Demitrius and Gino go above and beyond. That is why I gave 1 star or I would rate lower.
