- BYbrain youngJan 3, 20265.0Been here for years, love the place it. Seen staff come and go but the current office staff are friendly great and things get fixed on time. I still wish they would paint the building back red like it was a few years ago but thats a minor nuance.

You can see the wires from the breaker, all of the pipes, and the pumps. The appliances may not be old, but the apartment itself is old. The ceilings and walls have mold, the blinds are too thin, and the doors are flat. Doors have panels to absorb more sound! I do not even know how this place is habitable.

After submitting my application and paying the application fee ($373!), I tried calling multiple times during business hours — every call went straight to voicemail. I left messages and never heard back. Two weeks passed with no update, no email, no phone call — nothing. It honestly feels like they just took our application fee and completely ghosted me and my partner. For a property that looks so promising, the lack of communication and professionalism from management was really disheartening. If this is how they treat potential residents, I can only imagine how they handle actual tenants.

I’ve requested a few minor repairs for my unit and he’s always been happy to help, asks me how my day is going, and genuinely wants to fix the issue instead of providing a temporary solution that would cause a bigger problem down the road. Even seeing him around the property it’s nice to say hey and talk briefly. I’ve had 8 other apartments/homes and Sedrick is easily the most attentive, caring maintenance tech I’ve experienced.

It's central to tons of entertainment, food, culture, and public transportation. And, above all, the leasing office and its staff are incredible--flexible, communicative, and compassionate. Not to mention that similarly sized floor plans in the newer construction in the area are significantly more expensive. There's a reason why this complex stays full up! If you have a chance to tour and find yourself drawn to the location and aesthetic, there is no better place to be.
