  I drafted this review about a month ago and chose not to post it at the time because I wanted to give the building a fair chance to address ongoing concerns. This is a newer building, only about two years old, and it is marketed as a luxury property. I am not a new tenant, so this feedback is based on consistent, long-term experience rather than a one-off issue. Over time, it has become clear that cleanliness throughout the building is not being maintained to an acceptable standard. The resident hallways are a mix of carpet and tile, and neither is cleaned consistently. The carpets are not vacuumed regularly and have visible stains, and the tiled floors on the resident levels are rarely mopped. It is common to see the same dirt or debris sitting in the hallways for weeks at a time, and trash bins are sometimes left out, which makes the building feel unkempt. This is also a dog-friendly property, which adds another layer of concern. I will not go into detail, but cleanliness on resident floors and throughout the property should be handled with much more care. There do appear to be cleaning staff, but their focus seems to be primarily on the first floor, and occasionally the second floor where the gym is located. Even there, cleaning feels minimal. The gym reflects the same pattern. While trash may get taken out, the floors, areas behind equipment, and especially the yoga or studio room are not properly cleaned. I have personally seen the same debris on the gym floor for weeks. Because of this, I stopped using the gym altogether, which is frustrating when it is an amenity residents are paying for. For a building this new and at this price point, basic cleanliness should not be this inconsistent. The building recently shared that it is under new ownership, and I hope this leads to real improvements so the property can reflect what is being advertised.

  Devon is just as lovely as all the reviews rave, his help and kindness are always much appreciated! The maintenance men, Raymond & Carl, have been very responsive and quick to help with all of my requests as well. 4 months of living here and it’s been stellar- the amenities are nice, common areas kept clean, and it’s a calm community.
