- TGThe ZLP GroupSep 15, 20251.0Our community is so unsafe and our paid patrol is far worse. We should have an off duty police officer, but haven’t been granted such. We have had two home break ins in just a weeks time. The crime is so bad and the sales office can’t do anything about it. CMPD visits at least three times a week to crime here. Run and don’t walk from this place we had hoped would be walkable and peaceful.
- VRvj rSep 10, 20251.0Hello Friends, I took a home in this community and i am deeply sad to say please don't come to toll brothers looking at there brand name....they are selling there brand name having cheap products...I had enough to share and talk about my bad experiences about the home before that i want to tell you Griffith lakes community had a model home which was ransacked last Saturday September 5th and crime rate is on the top 1st in this area...on top of that toll brothers didn't file a case on those people they were 52 people literally 52 who made the home look like a forest and no action was taken...Friends wait and check where are you putting your money thank you I will continue my home experience in another review ….continues.....
