  This has been a terrible rental experience from start to finish. I was misled during the application process about a one-month-free special, then told I didn’t qualify after applying. The office only honored it after I threatened to cancel, and the prompt manager was extremely rude throughout the process. I was also moved into the wrong apartment, which caused major inconvenience and forced me to pay additional moving costs out of pocket to fix their mistake. The only person who helped resolve the situation was the Asset Manager — not the on-site staff. When addressed, the Regional Manager offered a small $200 credit and made an unprofessional remark saying “you don’t make $200 a day anyway,” which was completely inappropriate and disgusting. On top of that, the required valet trash service is unreliable and frequently skipped, yet residents are told to contact the vendor themselves even though the property charges for it. Between dishonesty, poor management, rude staff, and ongoing service issues, this has been an extremely frustrating experience. I would not recommend living here.

  Here for another review about my time here on a separate email. I wouldn’t trust this management office to really put forth the time and effort they really should be putting forth into making sure that your living space is up to par because when I moved in my microwave was broken after being told that the apartment was “move in ready”. And the make matters worse when I went to the office the next day to put in a complaint because I would like to heat up my leftovers, I get told by the new maintenance man on his second day on the job that the real estate company fired the entire management staff and would have to wait a week to talk to somebody. Now imagine that’s your first impression the day after you move in on what your experience in this complex is going to be like. Truly abysmal. But don’t worry it’s not like the new staff is any better or anything trust me.
