  I love my apartment, this is a great place to call home. The staff is courteous and friendly. Ms. Lita is the best, she is very resourceful and kind to all, she will go above and beyond her call of duty, and always has a pleasant smile to greet you. She will make a great manager for the new and beautiful community. Thank you Lita! for all you do.

  Ms. Lita is very nice and professional . She explained everything to me very well detailed and all I enjoyed doing my tour with her . Really was a pleasure meeting with her .

  Definitely reconsider if you are considering this is an upscale Hood area this is someone on the upscale ratchet if you're into that. They've gone up four different times on the service charge to pay our rent and now it is officially $10 and that's $10 per household. When I first moved over here it seemed ideal I've been here since June and God knows I don't recommend anyone to move over here anyone else please consider other lodging. It's been somewhat of an improvement but I'm not going to reward 1 star behavior with five stars Mrs Lita has been the best thing that has happened to this property she's organized (noticed I said she). I will live here the duration that I'm supposed to be here. However I WILL NOT be renewing my lease. when i first moved over here I saw two condoms on the pavement one of them open and exposed I'm not even sure the children running in the streets as though they are not afraid of being hit by cars and nearly every weekend trash is always there tile to the brim there are raccoons by the trash cans and there are roaches on the first floor I saw them on my way to taking trash out yesterday. You can no longer use money orders everything has to be electronically done. In the event that you choose to move here exhaust every area that you can around Charlotte Matthews, Mint Hill, Indian trail or even Monroe. And last but not least there are patrols however they are only here when the children are at school they don't stay long enough to make sure that there are no things on the premises being broken.
