- DWDestiny Wright2 days ago1.0Terrible management. We’re going on the 4th week without proper plumbing. After constantly calling for repairs, Mr. Lewis and Lita have started retaliating by trying to charge us for damage we didn’t cause and even sending us ‘unauthorized residents’ notices out of nowhere. Do NOT move here.

Besides working in office she always offer assistance with helping all residents out professionally. Ms. LITA always has a smile on her face and encouraging attitude. I am grateful to have met Miss Lita and would like to say Thank You for all you do . Keeping Peace and making community Safe.

He is very active and involved not just in day to day operations of property management but in the residents lives. He is always trying to come up with ideas to unite the community through activities and events. His assistant Lita is just as professional and loving. She has a smile about her that lights up a room. Josh the maintenance guy is a great asset to the community as well. Even when picking up trash he does it with a smile.i love my home
- SGshelia gibsonOct 15, 20251.0The upscale HOOD for sure. I don’t live out here but I have visited. Can’t have chairs on your balcony. What is the purpose of having a balcony. People smoke weed all through the day and sit on the staircase and do it and do not try to hide it. Kids outside all times of the night. No amenities.It look like this apartment complex was just threw together and they hurry up to get people moved in.
- PMPoetique Mo'delOct 6, 20255.0First and only place I ever lived, whose rent office is closed on the weekends and doesn’t have a drop box for money orders. The portal to pay online hardly ever works. I’m not ever paying a late fee if I get my money order before the 5th. The day I try to hand it in, bc of when my check deposited, the office is closed! Why even mention a fee to me when I turn in my rent if it’s dated for the 4th? The way the calendar falls has nothing to do with me. Maybe opening for a short time on Saturday’s and adding a drop box can avoid unnecessary conversations. It’s not like the portal is free. We have to pay a fee on the portal in order to pay the rent. Money Orders are free where I go. So if I want yo save a coin that’s my business. The staff is friendly and professional but I don’t know if I’ll renew my lease here.
