I had a scheduled appointment to tour a two-bedroom unit and arrived on time, only to be informed that no two-bedroom units were available to show. I expressed that this was fine and asked to see a one-bedroom instead, as I was prepared to submit an application the same day.
I was told to wait 10 minutes, which turned into 30 minutes. After waiting in the office for half an hour, I was assured that I would receive a FaceTime video tour of the unit. It has now been three days, and I have yet to receive any follow-up.
I am extremely disappointed by the lack of communication and follow-through. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this property due to the clear lack of professionalism. If a simple tour cannot be honored, it raises concerns about how actual issues with a unit might be handled.

The young lady that helped me did a great job but whom ever it concerns that kept turning me down,that was crazy I've been paying rent from 1500 to 1700 eventually it will be a breakdown somewhere but I was just looking for a cance and having rent at under a 1000 a month would have been a cakewalk buts ok but the young that helped me did a great job

The worse apt management everrr . There’s no communication, the maintenance is literally non existent! Worse don’t move there!!!!!

Bri has been very kind through the process and showing me around. When I stopped by today, I missed to notice the icy slope and my amazing car couldn't get up the slope.
Ms.Amber ( please forgive if I got your name incorrect ) was there and refused to take no - she stood out there for a lifetime until she made sure my car got up the slope. Moving the mats, salt she didn't have to but she did - She was such a kind heart. God bless you all and great for the place to have good people working there.

They’ve started enforcing towing for everyone and their moms. How am I supposed to have a visitor when there’s only 3 visitor slots in front of my building?
They don’t maintain much around with all the leaf debris from last year still around making parking lines hard to see. Bunch of trash throughout the grounds.
They hate doing any work orders and will fight with you simple stuff like a light bulb acting like I broke it through negligence and it’s not reasonable wear and tear. When I did finally get someone out for a clogged drain the man literally tore out the drain stop which broke the metal apart and just left the broken drain stop there.
They got like one person at the leasing office who is an angel, but then at the sign of any disagreement they send out another staff who is rude, gives attitude, and refuses to hear anyone’s side of things.
In short, borderline abusive towing restrictions, no maintenance of grounds with trash and leaves piling up, work orders are done poorly, rude staff.
They love to reply to bad reviews to look like they care, but then no resolution is reached through the one on one
