  Well, I liked it so much I moved in twice! I first moved into the building back in 2021 and moved out in May of this year. Upon my return to Charlotte at the end of September I looked at other complexes in the area but none provided the right combination of location, amenities, and value that this building provides. A 24/7 concierge is an amenity I never knew I needed until I spent a few months without one and I don't think I will ever be able to live in a place without floor to ceiling windows ever again. When I moved back into the building I was also able to move into a newly renovated apartment and the new features are gorgeous. The shelving in the closet is also a huge plus and the new cabinets and countertops are beautiful. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the resident events are fun and creative. Needless to say, I don't plan on moving out again any time soon!

  I’ve been living at Catalyst for four years, and I can honestly say the community has improved so much since Felix stepped in as Property Manager. The changes have been quick, noticeable, and really appreciated. He’s attentive, responsive, and genuinely cares about making the living experience better for everyone here. From the communication to the way issues are handled, everything feels more organized and efficient. I’ve always enjoyed living at Catalyst, but the improvements over the last few months have taken it to another level. Grateful to have a manager who actually takes pride in the property and the residents.

  I’ve lived at Catalyst Charlotte for 11 years and have genuinely enjoyed every minute. The building is well-maintained, the location is unbeatable, and the sense of community here is something special. A huge shoutout to Feliks, Jessica, and Michael in the leasing office — they do an incredible job keeping the property in top shape and always go above and beyond for residents. They’re professional, responsive, and truly care about making Catalyst feel like home. After more than a decade, I can confidently say Catalyst is one of the best places to live in Charlotte. Highly recommend!

  I love living at the Catalyst, the location is central to uptown (easy walk to my favorite restaurants and super close to the light rail). They have multiple apartment events per month and one of the biggest perks is the onsite fitness classes. I especially love the bootcamp classes by Organic Chrissy - having this available right where I live makes staying fit easy and engaging. She’s helping me build muscle and I’m seeing great progress! Currently, there are two workout classes per week, and they are so good I wish there were even even more. It’s an amazing amenity that adds huge value to living here!💪

  I’ve really enjoyed my stay at these apartments in Uptown Charlotte! The location is unbeatable — close to great restaurants, parks, and everything happening in the city. The building is always clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and the staff is super friendly and responsive. One of the biggest perks that really stands out is the complimentary fitness training offered two days a week. Crissy (“Christina”) is absolutely amazing! She’s knowledgeable, encouraging, and brings so much positive energy to every session. It’s such a thoughtful and beneficial amenity that makes living here even better — like having a personal trainer included in your rent! Overall, I’d highly recommend this community to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a few extra touches that make apartment living feel special.
