Additionally, six of our floor plans offer a built-in desk, perfect for working or studying from home! Enjoy breathtaking city views from your own patio/balcony, cabana lounging near the saltwater swimming pool, reserved parking spaces, doorstep trash pick up, a full set of free weights in the fitness center and long walks with your dog on a nearby trail. We are pet-friendly, welcoming up to three pets per apartment home. Located between South End and Uptown Charlotte, enjoy close proximity to the Carson Street and Bland Light Rail stops, Uptown Charlotte, professional sports stadiums, museums, restaurants, shops, and entertainment hotspots in South End. Camden South End is also currently transitioning to be a non-smoking community. As an Airbnb-friendly community, residents can host their apartment home on Airbnb part-time, up to 90 days per year.
