  I've had amazing experience moving in Blu at Northline Apartments. The Team was very welcoming and friendly. They made sure to find the best apartment for me ! Channel took care of all the paperwork and made sure the process was smooth. Everyone from the team is very energetic and welcoming and always makes sure to help if needed. Great place to stay at !

  The maintenance guy Vincent really knows his stuff. He is so sweet always goes above and beyond to make sure the job is done right the first time. His personality lifts you up. I was having a bad day but after him coming in to fix my sink he brightened my day. Thanks for all you do to make the blu what it is today.

  After 4 years of living here @theblu, I felt compelled to expressed the major improvement. The Maintenance staff have never been better, competent, professional, & responsive. Channel & the maintenance team, you guys make a difference here! Thank you for the hard work and dedication. Very pleased with the positive changes!

  If i could give this place 0 stars i would. i toured a few months ago. and they charged me a 200 dollar fee mind you i never moved here. never even seen the inside of one of their units… then they sent me to collections. I never moved forward with the moving process.. i’ve called and emailed and. got in contact with someone one time and after that they never contact me again. So now this is affecting my credit when i never even lived here seriously considering seeking legal action. debt collectors are continuously calling me and i have no clue why im even in this situation.

  I have had a great experience staying here at BLU at Northline .The community is well-kept, and Aprile truly goes above and beyond to make residents feel supported and valued. Any maintenance requests were handled promptly by Vincent, any communication from the office was always clear and professional.The property feels safe, and it’s clear that the team genuinely cares about the residents and the overall condition of the community. I really appreciated the responsiveness and effort from management—it makes my stay stress-free and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend BLU to anyone looking for a place to call home in Charlotte.
