I’m in love with my new apartment! From start to finish, my leasing agent Jadah made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She was always professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful, creating such a lovely experience. I truly appreciate her support in helping me find the perfect place to call home.

I lived at this apartment complex for almost three years, and overall it was not worth the rent being charged. One of the biggest issues was communication. The staff there are nice enough. However, the leasing office rarely answered the phone, which often forced me to take time off work just to go to the office in person to get basic issues addressed. That should not be necessary for residents. I also regularly had waterbugs/roaaches coming into my apartment whenever it rained, which was extremely frustrating and uncomfortable. Noise was another ongoing problem. Neighbors frequently played very loud music during designated quiet hours, and the situation was not handled in a way that prevented it from continuing. Before moving out, I specifically asked during my pre–move-out inspection what I could potentially be charged for. Despite that, almost $200 was taken from my security deposit for “wear and tear” on the fake granite countertops. This felt unfair and misleading, especially after trying to be proactive and avoid unexpected charges. In addition, the amenities are outdated for the price point they charge for rent. For what residents are paying, the property and features should be much better maintained and modern. The only real positive I can say is that the location was very convenient, since my office is directly across the street. Overall, I would not recommend this community to anyone looking for good value, responsive management, or a higher standard of living for the rent they are charging.

My car broken into multiple times, mail boxes broken into multiple times to the point where my mail stop coming in (had to go get it from the post office to get my mail) gates only worked for the 2 or 3 months I stayed there (was there for 2 years) , cameras don’t work, bullet hole in the floor (had to have the police come to investigate our apartment), roaches everywhere and never exterminated, squirrels in the wall for months, dog poop everywhere, raccoons walking up and down the stairs and in the walls, trash compactors broken (had to walk to the other side of the complex to toss out trash or just keep it), sexually harassed in the gym, had to pay for things through Cash App, car was towed for no reason (the car had a parking pass but they tried to charge us anyway) friend was towed while parked in visitor parking, kicked out of our apartment with no heads up for last minute maintenance and no heads up that they were done ( had to leave the apartment at last minute and was told to go walk my pets outside in the heats for 4+ hours, I also called the day before and was told that nobody was coming the next day. ) refused to answer if the work was done or not, work orders would not be done and would be marked as completed, and refused to fix our washer until the people under us complained about it. I wish everyone who lives there or moves there much luck cause you are definitely going to need it.

Very nice and quiet property. Wish they had more opportunities and activities for kids.

I was assisted through my tour by Jadah. She showed me all that Autumn had to offer including the beautiful scenery and amenities. Autumn has reasonable pricing for studio/1bedrooms with high ceilings in-unit washer/dryers. The fitness center had any piece of equipment you could need and there were two pools as well. I recommend this as a potential new residence for anyone moving to the area. And I recommend Jadah as a guide.
