  Jadah gave us a tour of this beautiful complex this morning and we definitely have much more clarity on the floor plan and logistics of this apartment. She was energetic, understanding and relatable! We appreciate you!

  I want to take a moment to recognize Daquan from the maintenance team and Jadah from the office staff for their professionalism, consistency, and genuine care. Daquan has been responsive, respectful, and diligent whenever maintenance support was requested. He approaches his work with a calm, solution-focused attitude and always treats my home with care. His efforts and willingness to help have been truly appreciated. Jadah has been a constant source of support since I moved in October 2025. She has remained patient, attentive, and communicative throughout my time here, always following up and doing her best to assist. Her consistency and empathy have made a difficult situation more manageable, and it’s clear she truly cares about residents. That said, I also feel it’s important to be transparent about an ongoing and unfortunate experience that remains unresolved: raccoons in the attic and roaches inside the apartment. These issues have been distressing and have had a real impact on my comfort and peace of mind. While Daquan and Jadah have both made efforts within their roles, the situation itself has not yet been fully addressed, and a permanent solution is still needed. I want to be clear that my appreciation for Daquan and Jadah stands firmly. They have shown professionalism, compassion, and dedication even while dealing with challenges beyond their direct control. My hope is that management can step in decisively to resolve these issues so residents can fully enjoy the community these staff members work so hard to support.

  Jada was so kind and professional, were looking for a place and she gave a great experience, the property is very nice as well.

  There are persistent roaches in my apartment and animals living in the attic. Despite reporting this, there has been no lasting solution. This is a serious habitability issue that needs immediate, permanent resolution.

  This was the absolute worst service response time that I've ever experienced. It took almost 2 weeks to get my simple service request resolved. I am extremely handy, so i told the apartment staff to give me the part, and I would fix the washing machine issue in 5 minutes. They never responded with a decision. Just kept delaying & delaying. So ridiculous and frustrating when it didn't have to be.
