- HRHope R3 days ago5.0My sister and I toured Autumn Park last Saturday and our leasing consultant, Jada, made our experience both a pleasant and stress-free one. It was a busy day in the office when we arrived. Jada was conducting a tour, there were tenants in need of assistance, and my sister and I had not been able to make an appointment online. Jada greeted us kindly, took care of her tenants and returned to give us top notch service. She inquired about our needs, allowed us to tour the property and model, and told us she would personally reach out with a phone call in the coming week, and kept her word in doing so. All around phenomenal service that we are glad to have been on the receiving end of. Thanks Jada!

- MSMonique SprattOct 20, 20251.0I recently was interested in moving here BC of the rates. I was not ever able to tour the units that showed they were available online! I tried to tour on 3 separate occasions and was only able to be showed a floor plan I was not interested in. They had over ten one bedroom floor plans available online the last time I stopped in and they would only show me the Southport model home!!! The reviews for this property are way too bad to lease a unit w/o seeing it first. I stopped an asked a resident (older black lady) did she like living here and was it a bug problem she stated she wouldn’t recommend anyone to move here and that if you stay on the first floor you will deal with bugs!! I asked Jada on my tour was it a bug issue she did not state no but replied with she lives in the complex and has seen a bug or two but they have pest control weekly for any bug issues, I appreciate her not lying bc basically in my opinion that’s like saying yes we have bugs! The trash was over flowed twice when I visited I would be embarrassed if I had a guest over ! They have about 30 visitor parking spots for a 586 unit apartment complex! It’s so many nicer apartments in the UV area I would avoid this complex as well as The Lodges at Mallard creek right across the street! I would try the Worthingtons, Ventura at Research Park, MAA prosperity creek, The Frazier, The kendry, Windsor at Addison, The Bryce, The weathersby at circle station, cortland mallard creek I hope this review helps someone choosing the right place to live can be so hard! I was able to lease a one bedroom in a three year old complex for 1318.00 don’t settle bc of the price keep looking!❤️
