- TGTangela GurleyJan 3, 20261.0I’ve had a very disappointing experience with Ask for Green Apartments in Charlotte, NC—not once, but twice. Each time I scheduled a tour, there was always an excuse as to why the tour could not be completed. It felt as though staff were unwilling to assist or even get up from their chairs to accommodate prospective residents. My most recent experience was with Tonji Audrey, a Leasing Specialist. I arrived only four minutes late to my scheduled tour and was told that the system had automatically canceled my appointment. There was no effort to be accommodating or solution-oriented. Her demeanor was dismissive, unprofessional, and unwelcoming. She seemed uninterested in helping and appeared ready to leave for the day rather than assist a potential customer. Customer service is extremely important when choosing a place to live, and unfortunately, this property has failed to meet even basic expectations. I did not feel respected as a customer, and the lack of professionalism has completely turned me off from renting here. I would not recommend this property based on my repeated experiences

Maintence tech was they’re the next morning as soon as the leasing office opened. The dryer was brand new and nothing was wrong with it other than the cord wasn’t pushed all the way in the socket. The property is beautiful the leasing staff are very friendly. I’m so happy I chose to lease at Ashford Green Apartments.

I came earlier today, and the person who was supposed to give me a tour went to the restroom and went MIA for over 10 minutes. Unfortunately, I can't say, and I've been trying to contact the leasing office but haven't received a response yet. I do believe they either need more agents who are going to be available.It gives a bad representation of the community as a whole when no one is there for assistance.

She went above and beyond to ensure my move-in experience was everything I needed and more. The apartment was very well kept clean and smelled very refreshing I look forward to leasing here. The community is beautiful!!
