    I’ve been at Ashford Green for almost 2 years and it’s been a pretty pleasurable experience. The ladies in the office and maintenance staff are always helpful. I’ve had a few issues with our neighbors, but that comes with the territory. I love the golf course And the walkability of the neighborhood!

    The leasing staff here are extremely rude and unprofessional. They don’t take responsibility for resident concerns and do not handle issues in a proper manner. One of the ladies at the leasing office refused to listen to us and simply said, “I have an appointment, you can leave.” She even told us that students should not live here and should move to other communities, which is completely unacceptable and discriminatory. As residents, we expect respect and support, not disrespect and dismissal. The management really needs to provide better staff who know how to talk to residents and resolve issues properly.

    Worst leasing office management I’ve ever experienced in Charlotte. The front desk team doesn’t care about residents’ issues, and when you submit a work order, nothing gets done on time — it usually takes 4–5 days for someone to come and fix the problem. If you contact them about sudden hikes in your utility bills caused by poor community maintenance or faulty appliances, they simply tell you to pay the full amount and move on, without offering any adjustments or real help, even after multiple follow-ups.
