- ESEvan SchmittNov 19, 20221.0Nothing but problems with this apartment and the management.. All answers from the management have been empty promises. The biggest problem we have had living here is the fire alarm goes off almost every month for the past 2 years. If you like getting woken up at 3am just to stand outside in the cold, to wait for the fire department to turn off the shrieking sound, than this place is for you. The manager claims it has been fixed but clearly they rather pay the fee for the FD to come then to fix the problem indefinitely. It's unbelievable that this happens every month, and sometimes more than once per month. Even the FD takes their time to come out because this place has a history of false alarms. We pay uptown luxury prices for this apartment just to be let down by mediocre services and a subpar management team. I've lived here for 4 years and now I can't wait to move elsewhere.
