  I really want to love this place. I do. The maintenance people are so nice. But there is so much chaos here and I wish I had known before hand. Fire alarm will go off for no reason. The security gate has often remained open. Too often for comfort there are doors propped open by rocks, allowing anyone to enter the property. Staff turnover is very high. Maintenance requests will take a long time to be completed. People do not clean up after pets (see pictures). If the club room or another area is out of something, you are apt to be told the item is on backorder so staff does not appear to keep insufficient levels of supplies on hand. The building is also dirty. Cobwebs are everywhere and there are lights out in the hallways (picture below). There are also stains on the sidewalk from animal urine (picture below). The utilities (washer and dryer) are not the newest but they work ok; but the dryer might damage your clothing. Really great location. Entire management column is poor in both tact and decency. If you raise a concern to corporate you will be ignored, told what pacifies you at that moment or argued with. The vendors here are uncontrollable. For example, housekeeping texts and uses their phones right in front of the club room coffee. You will also have to wait in line for coffee while staff treats themselves to the coffee you pay for, which makes the insufficient stock of coffee cups even more questionable. The interior modeling teams leave trash, debris and odors that will last a very long time. Other vendors are hired and perform a fast and wrong service, requiring many 'go backs' and do overs. Don't live here. You will regret it.

  Great location in a really nice neighborhood! Also, Shana in the leasing office is helpful, patient, and kind. She's been great with resolving any issues and with lease renewals.

  I wish I could give 10 stars. I am truly thankful for this place. So my situation was unique, there was many hiccups but ALL OF THE STAFF worked with me every step of the way and were so kind. First, my co-signers stuff wouldn’t go through and they checked up on me everyday and ensure they were working to solve the issue. Then, I moved in and recognized that floor wasn’t the best for me so I requested to switch units and how to go about that process. That’s a big ask. Massive ask especially when you JUST signed the lease but they AGAIN worked with me. They moved me up to a different floor and never made me feel like I was a pain. I love love both units design and comfort of each. I toured a lot of places in SouthEnd and Dilworth but this place was homey from the second I walked into the leasing office. I love the pool and gym. The clubhouse space is perfect for WFH. I love taking walks around the complex- completely safe area. It really was Shana and Pao who made my move from NM to NC worth it. They are such sweethearts!! I highly recommend this place for so many reasons. Thank you so much 1010 Dilworth!

  The place is gorgeous and the people seem friendly. We had a nice tour with Becca, who made us feel at home. Ultimately, we ended up moving closer to family, but were very impressed. Highly recommend to anyone moving to the area!
