  My wife and I are in the process of moving in right now. The people that work here are some of the kindest and most helpful people I've met. Javonte in maintenance has been so incredibly helpful. The dryer in our apartment was so loud I thought it was broken. Turns out it was! I submitted a work ticket and Nery and Marcos from maintenance were here within the hour, took one look at our dryer and said "yep that's broken." They called Javonte and he hooked us up with a brand new unit, and all of that happened under two hours. All three of them were so helpful! Two of my favorite people I've met so far are Candace and Tina! Both of them greet everyone with a smile as soon as you walk in the door. If you have a question, they can answer it. If you have a problem, they can help! It's so nice to have someone at the front desk that is willing to help. Could not be happier having them to help us out. Also thank you to Michael, our leasing agent. I had plenty of questions when we were thinking about moving here and he always emailed back very quickly and was very nice when I needed help understanding how things work around here. When looking for apartments, one of our top concerns was effective admin and maintenance. If you're looking at apartments right now and thinking the same thing, move here! These people are the best!

  Michael McConnell in the leasing office is great! He helped me through the whole process from beginning to end of getting started living at Catalyst. He brought up all my heavy packages before I even moved in which saved tons of time and responds super fast. I would definitely ask for Michael if you are considering living here.

  I've lived here at Catalyst for a year and a half and everything has been awesome! Recently, I was offered an option to complete an occupied renovation to my unit in order to upgrade the bathroom, kitchen, and closet. Everything was way quicker and easier than I expected. I was even able to bring my stuff to a guest suite in the building and stay there while everything was being completed. It only took 4-5 days, and I couldn't be happier with it.

  One of the best things about the Catalyst building is having access to coaches like Crissy (@organic_crissy). She’s incredibly talented, but what really stands out is how much she genuinely cares about the people she trains. She’s not just there to run a session and move on—she makes sure the workouts are sustainable and something we can actually stick with long-term. She pushes you in the best way, while also reminding you to show up for yourself, even on tough days. It’s rare to find a coach who brings both skill and heart, and Crissy definitely does. She’s made a big impact on my fitness journey, and I’m really grateful the building offers this kind of support to its tenants.

  We recently got our apartment renovated and it turned out great! The prep work (clearing all the spaces due to be renovated), although daunting at first, was actually not too bad, especially with the items provided to consolidate our things. We were able to plan the reno for the week we were already planning to go out of town, and we came back to what felt like a brand new apartment! The place was clean and the finishes were very well done. The built-ins in the closet are awesome and the cabinets and new sink are as well. Highly recommend!
